My dad needed a full extraction, and from the very first appointment, they were the kindest, most empathetic, and compassionate group of professionals I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They treated my dad with such respect and genuine care, making a difficult process so much easier for both of us. Their kindness and empathy went beyond what I ever expected, and I will forever be grateful for the way they supported him every step of the way.

Went to see the dentist for my 6 year old and myself. Dana, the dental hygienist, was great with my daughter, really made her feel more comfortable.
I had to get a root canal and the dentist was great. I felt nothing at all other than the initial needles to freeze the tooth. She was gentle and quick.
Would highly recommend this dental office! Everyone at the office was great!

So disappointed. I've been going to the dentist for 40 years and this was the only bad experience I've ever had.

We arrived on time but we were handed eight pages of intake forms (per person!) to fill out when we arrived (this made us start our appointments 25 minutes late). The forms were sent to my phone 15min prior to the appointment time but I couldn't fill them out while I was driving.)

The dentist was not at all friendly with me or my daughter!

The dental hygienists were both caring. Dana & Terry made my daughter feel comfortable for her very first appointment ever. However the office is not set up to easily accommodate young children. Also the atmosphere was overall very unhappy.

I did not personally enjoy the screens above. Particularly the advertisement of a woman shaving her armpit while I was getting my teeth cleaned.

Unfortunately, as the appointment was ending, the dentist carelessly ripped the bib off of my daughter and left it dangling as she left the room...the clasp got caught on my daughter's thumb which left her screaming and crying which ended our first dental experience on a sour note.

Then we waited an additional 20 minutes at the front desk waiting for insurance forms and direct billing when we had already taken the time to set it all up in advance over the phone.

For my daughter's first dental experience, it was extremely disappointing. Not at all what I was looking for. We won't be back.

My cleaning appointment was so enjoyable. The dental hygienist Dahna was extremely nice and very efficient in caring for my teeth. The tv on the ceiling was a bonus to watch during the appt. The dentist was also very friendly and caring. 10/10 would recommend !

Moved to Lorette last summer and loved that there was a dentist in town! I have really bad dental anxiety but the staff at this office are top notch! It’s clean, fresh, small. No long waiting to get an appointment!

Lorna the receptionist and the dental hygienist are the best .
Dr. Horriat is genuinely concerned about your dental issues.
She is easy to relate to and makes you feel comfortable .
Any problems that I had with my dentures were dealt with no problems .
I highly recommend Lorette Dental practice.

My experience was better than expected. I had no pain after having 4 teeth extracted and my bottom plate reconfigured to fit. Everyone was pleasant , kind and caring. I was grateful to also have the seniors Dental Plan and have it help tremendously with the cost. I would recommend Lorette Family Dental Care to everyone. Thank you to all.
