Unrealistic time to wait for a prescription. It was for an eye drop. There was no insurance to bill so that wasn't an excuse for taking any extra time. I sat waiting for 55 minutes until I gave up and took my prescription back. They told me they had 1 person waiting ahead of me when I brought the prescription in....that person waited less than 10 minutes and got her prescription. I waited another 45 minutes and still nothing. I would drive to any other town/city before EVER going back there.

While the convenience factor is great of having a pharmacy in Lorette...

We find it a little frustrating that EVERYTIME we have a prescription the pharmacist MUST talk to us... even if we have had said prescription before. It is not necessary... if we have questions we can request to talk to the pharmacist but when we are just getting a refill... we don't need another run down of our presumption.

Never going back. Their hours aren’t accommodating at all. They are lazy. They charged us for medications that should never be charged for and when we called them out on it they said it wasn’t their job to deal with that. I will now be driving to stonewall pharmacy where I originally was a customer when I lived in the area because they are 100% more accommodating and actually do their job

I’ve been going there for years and almost every single time I go, they mess something up. I honestly don’t get it. Medication isn’t ready when they say it will be, give you the wrong medication, one pharmacist who I won’t name is always so rude and unhelpful. I’ll be switching to the city.
