I had to go and empty our trailer today at the lorette landfill on a sopping wet dreary fall day, I was greeted by the ladies with a smile like it was summer time. I crringed that the dumping spot would be a swamp muck hole. I was able to get 16 ft enclosed trailer emptied and didnt even bring muck into the truck. Way to go team for keeping the dump area maintained well enough to turn around and back up and not getting 20 pounds of mud in the truck. GOOD JOB .

Unorganized, 1st time going and told to go north as far as I can and dump, saw a bin and dumped. Got accosted by cool dude guy with the double sunglasses who says I dumped in the wrong spot. Told this person I was sent here, and this is as far north as I could go. Go back and talk to the lady who sent me and she laughed and Said you go left(south) then right and go as far north to the pit, which is west. Very poor directions for someone whose never been. All she had to say after I left the scale was turn left, follow the road. Quite an ordeal to just dump garbage.

I would ask that the closing times be noted on the website “with the 15 minute” earlier gate closer denoted accordingly. So if you’re closing the gate at 4:45 which is actually 5:00 pm then state that time! Closing time is / means, it’s closing! The closing of the front gates 15 minutes to the actual closing of the facility makes it confusing and for my getting there at exactly the time they were rolling the gates closed (15 minutes early) to drop off one (1) bag of garbage, meant keeping the stinky bag at home for another drive out of my way, of 14 km round trip.

The garbage lady is rude and doesnt even want to take 5 garbage bags from me just because I said that my house is not in Tache. Stupid!
