Family style Chinese restaurant in the Port Moody area.

Service was very nice. The servers were very polite and attentive.

Ordered 2 combo meal + Peking duck/2 dishes.
Soup was good. Mango pudding was very yummy. The main dishes were ok - some dishes were sweeter and some dishes were a bit more salty. Reasonable pricing.

It's easy to find parking in front or nearby.
There are not a lot of Chinese restaurants at around Port Moody so it's a not bad option if you are around that area.

I can guarantee whoever gives this restaurant less than 5 stars either because they are not used to the typical “rude” but caring service by the aunties OR they just dont know what to order thats actually good.

First time here and I was impressed with the food taste. Ordered 4 item combo: shanghai style crispy chicken, fish & tofu hot/clay pot, greenbeans with beef and house special chowmein. Combo includes free rice, (lobak, carrots & beef) soup and dessert (mango pudding or red bean soup). It was too much for 4 of us and we had to pack some home.

Will definitely come back.

we had the 2 dishes dinner combo and it was so disappointing… the soup was the best thing about the meal. the crispy chicken was so bland. the server persuaded me to pay to upgrade the steamed fish to black cod but it was so disappointing. there’s no taste to it aside from few black beans on top. the sauce was watery and the texture of the fish was so mushy. you thought one thing you can count on for Chinese food is the saltiness of soy sauce, they didn’t even have that 🥲 the servers were generally nice but the cleanliness of one of the chefs and bathroom was bad.

ORDERED BEEF FRIED RICE - $20 w tax - NOT WORTH IT! Better off ordering a beef dish.

Taste is OK but hardly any beef inside ( probably just 1 table spoon of TINY BITS of beef in one order).

We ordered delivery from here before and decided to visit in person once in the area. The interior has seen its better days, so the interior vibe is drab. However, our waitress was friendly and communicative. We decided to go for a combo for two, and she recommended against one of the options we chose. I'm not sure what it was about, but our food was outstanding. I should mention that portions are huge. We got at least half of it to go. Prices are very reasonable, and there are many more options than listed in the delivery menu. If you are after nice looking interior and a cozy atmosphere, this place is not for you, but if you want yummy Chinese food for a very reasonable price, give it a chance.

Had dinner here at Chinese New Year, service is consider good during this busy days. The food is just average, the Deep Fried spicy squid and the deep fried lobster with spice chilli is a must try, others are mostly on average. I would not recommend the hot and sour soup nor the
Singapore Stir-fried Noodles to anyone, their signature chicken are just fine as well.

We had a great experience here! One of the better Chinese restaurants in the lower mainland.

I really liked their crispy squid and the sweet and sour pork. I also highly recommend their egg and shrimp! The egg was very silky and rich which perfectly complemented the shrimp. I want to try their Peking duck next time.

I recommend this place if anyone is around the area!
