Dave and the team were a pleasure to work with. We were replacing the original picture window in the living room (9x6') . Found Louwes as the local North Star distributor. Quote was most reasonable and they fitted earlier than expected. The whole team were professional friendly and tidy . Now we have a lovely new casement window that doesn't let in the winter cold. Book them with confidence!

We had to replace our 35 year old bay window that was deteriorating as a result of water entry and a bad case of carpenter ants.
We obtained several estimates but chose Louwes based on the presentation by sales person Brian, very knowledgeable and provided a no nonsense estimate and follow up.
Also impressed by the office staff who knew the products and were very helpful.
When it came time to install the window, which was the coldest day so far this winter it was Dan and Dustin who embraced the cold and worked a full day to finish the job. Can’t say enough about their excellent workmanship and they kept us informed about the install.
No doubt who we will call for our next replacement.

Louwes has done another fantastic job for us! They changed out 3 large difficult windows and redid all the siding, soffit and trough for us. We have used them before and were please with the same high level of service. Workers are incredibly friendly and helpful to make things right. Finished product looks great! The windows look phenomenal and the installers were courteous, neat, and fast. We really appreciated Brian's advice when it came to the windows in the living room; we now have a great view of both the front and back yard. The finish work on the outside puts the rest of our trim to shame.

If you are considering to have new windows installed on your home , do not hesitate to hire this company ! Last July, my wife and I decided to replace almost all the original wood windows in our house with North Star Windows -measured ordered and installed by Louwes . The installers were amazing even fixing a framing issue with our front picture window that had been there since the house was new 32 years ago ! The windows made By North Star ( a Canadian company) are fantastic -having just gone through an extremely cold and windy winter we cannot believe how energy efficient they are Finally, the windows look beautiful from both the inside and outside . We are proud of our new windows- thank you Louwes for a job well done!

We have changed three windows in this company. The installation was done were very cleanly and with high quality. But we were very disappointed with the sliding windows. We have ordered triple pane windows. I showed the person taking the order another triple pane window that we had installed by Beverley Hills and asked if theirs would look the same. He said, “Yes, of course.” But instead, they just took regular double pane windows and inserted a third piece of glass between the other two. It was very unprofessional. This third piece of glass only worsens the window insulation, and we paid like for a real triple pane.
The company admitted that the windows were made with the wrong technology, but refused to somehow resolve this issue. They told us that they are learning.
