By far the best big box store in Canada. Yes a little frustrating on wait times here & there on tracking down a person by voice, but they care. Had a question on an appliance & installation, they promised to get back and did by voice message & tried again and got me in person that night. Over the years we always use Lowes as they are very competitive on price and the personal side is exceptional!

Order was not delivered. First time it was because Lowes Canada got the shipment address wrong. Second time the courier service for Lowes delayed correcting address and failed to deliver on the confirmed date. Had to call customer services repeatedly in Canada and the U.S. to find out what happened and make new delivery arrangement that did not work out in the end.

Usually pretty good service and selection of stuff, price matching, easy returns, not to jammed with people, good parking and Walmart next door is handy. They also answer the phone when you call, not just place you on hold hell like home Depot.
