Mixed experience here, but not one that inspired a return visit. Bud was well priced but very old.

Their display has potential to be really enjoyable, but the vibe in the shop is strange. I found the team member to be spaced out, and they talked very quietly.

However, it was nice to see a more unique accessory selection here, as opposed to other dispensaries.

Clerk seemed annoyed by my questions about what I was looking for. I went in as my husband was refused service by being accused of something he was not. They had made the assumption that he was intoxicated, he was sober. I wouldn’t have him leave the house under the influence. We have 2 kids at home. When I was in the shop she was talking about said situation with another person in store making derogatory comments as well. I’m blown away at this personal attack towards my husband. Felt very sexist and disrespectful. I would definitely question the integrity of your staff lux leaf!

Had to be the worst display of customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Was refused service due to the way I parked and was accused of being intoxicated. I was stone cold sober. It was late and nobody was around so I just parked on an angle cause I expected it to be a quick in and out. I asked for recommendations and was given snarky attitude. I don’t go to cannabis stores very often so don’t know the lingo so I just needed a little help. I would avoid this place at all costs

Good selection and decent prices. 4 stars. The reason for the 5 stars is by far credited to the gentleman often working behind the counter, Stephen. His knowledge is always passed on, and his passion shines through into his customer service. Fantastic to see, and also the reason I keep coming and recommending others to as well!

The customer service I experienced the second I walked into this location was outstanding. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and have created a comfortable environment with their expansive knowledge and beautiful store. As an individual with minimal experience or knowledge in this area, the staff were exceedingly helpful and surpassed my expectations. Not only did I find what I was looking for – I learned a ton! Furthermore, their prices are extremely competitive (if not the lowest I have seen)! Whether you are new to cannabis or have used for years, I highly recommend this location for not only the high-quality product and comparatively low prices - but the overall experience. Looking forward to my next visit!
