Want to unwind after a long and stressful week at work or a deep massage after an intense gym session…This place is for you !

The owners feel very warm and welcoming as a couple . Mae definitely did a great job and was comfortable with the hard to reach spots and went above and beyond with the service offered . The vibe, atmosphere and aromas were on fleek . I definitely enjoyed the whole experience .

Everything is on point!! The ambiance and the service is topnotch! Definetely will go back. I highly recommend getting the service from mae she's awesome and really know what she is doing! Thumbs up to the oils and cream used really goooood! Plus the music very relaxing!!!!

By far one of the best massages I've ever had! I wish I could bring Mae home to Calgary with me. No wonder she is nearly fully booked all the time.

I just booked my third massage with Mae and I couldn’t be more excited. She is the best massage therapist I have been to for multiple reasons. Not only is her massage practice simply perfection, but it’s the attention to smaller details that puts her on top. Mae offers a foot bath while she fills in your information, a heated bed at the perfect temperature, hot massage rocks, a warm face towel at the end, and she shows genuine interest in her clients lives and their well-being. I will recommending M Spa to all of my friends!

Today I received my first ever massage and it was done by Mae! I didn’t know what to expect at all, but the experience was awesome. She is so polite and sweet. She cares about your comfort and takes her time. You can tell she really cares about her clients and how they feel. Her set up is very beautiful, clean, and professional. The customer service and service itself was fantastic. Will be going back! She is great. 😊
