Sitting in the parking lot of the rest area on I 75 and the Mackie driver messed up a simple pull in and backed her truck right into my trailer. Ridiculous. You guys need to get your drivers some better training. I was in a hurry or the police would’ve been there and you’d be paying for some new trailer lights for me.

The amount of sand/dirt coming out of your lot has been getting brutal. Cars in apartments across the road look like they've driven through a desert. No point of getting a car wash cause they'll like shit within an hour

Timing is everything so I was lucky that a truck was in the pickup area. My car was picked up and delivered from Edmonton to Ottawa within a week of first contacting Sandy. She was great to deal with, provided me with an excellent rate and answered all my concerns and questions. The driver, Bob, was a true professional and handled our new classic with the utmost of care. Highly recommended car transport company. Thank you.

Be very careful with this company. I have been berated by two employees when expressing challenges that arose.

Their quote came in higher than stated.

They also charged our visa over $11,000 without notification that this substantial cost was coming through (we stated that we were to be given notification as this is a great deal of visa space to have available at a moment’s notice.)

Head office in Oshawa’s representative berated me over over the phone, wouldn’t let me talk (talked over me) then hung up. Shocked and appalled by this.

Can’t say I know a better option but be wary with this company.

I have asked to speak to someone who can hear our experience and won’t be given a name.

Be careful with this company.

I’ve used Mackie for 3 cross boarder vehicle relocations and they have been outstanding! Sandra at dispatch has been wonderful, she had to hound me a couple time for not giving the paperwork on time but I always appreciated her reminders (sorry)! Paul our driver for 2 of the relocation is a gem, he’s a salt of the earth kind of guy. Cecil our other driver was the same just a great guy very helpful and both were extremely responsive and kept in constant contact with us throughout the delivery. I would highly recommend this business to anyone.

Purchased a motorcycle out of province and needed to arrange transportation home. Reached out to various transportation companies but decided on trusting Mackie. Evon Hooper was very professional, quick to respond to emails and answered my calls. I was kept informed from the time the motorcycle was picked up to the time it was delivered.
Next time I need anything transported, I will only be calling Mackie
