Sends your company a rate confirmation that's has no truth on it. Recently picked up in Wurtland KY to Youngstown OH Info on it was from 2007. I called the main office and dispatcher as a conference call to sit on hold for an hour. Just to be told they don't put info on a 4ate confirmation but they likevwast a drivers time. Had my phone on speaker so shipper could hear i wasnt bullshitting them. Shipper finally said Mallegan isn't the actual broker covering the load. Shipper uses Uber Freight to cover they're loads. Nice to find out Mallegan lies about 3rd broking

These people refuse to give me pickup numbers for my load. I have called multiple times trying to get pickup numbers and they are held hostage for no reason. I don’t care if it’s 7 hours early the shipper told me they would load me early I just needed the pickup numbers so they could start picking the order I won’t be doing business with these people again. To add insult to injury they require registration with plaid to verify my social security number address and everything before I was even sent the load details totally a scum way of doing business

Don’t take loads from them. They will only pay good unless desperate. If you do take a load check appointment times because they will give you loads that were supposed to be picked up 1 to 2 hours before you even receive the rate con. They will not pay for detention when this happens.

!!!ATTENTION DRIVERS AVOID!!!
Magellan Transport Logistics deserves 0 stars, helpless and they don’t know how to handle things in timely fashion, you’re on your own if you have pallets left in trailer. They will waste your time and tell you it’s out of they hand. Detention and layover cheapest lowest ever, their late fee rate is ridiculous. Their solutions to the leftover load will end up being what you’re telling them to do since the beginning of time. Also won’t pay you for the process solution. AVOID THIS BROKERAGE AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I have a load with you witch we suppose to deliver yesterday, after tons of emails you scheduled for next Friday. I hope someone will contact me if not I am going to visit you guys on the first business day on your office to discuss of that, 150 a day for a entire week it's not covering the cost of fuel of the reefer, and tractor to idle, not the layover for the driver. If we can't communicate by email and phones nicely, you force me to visit you and I am not going to be nice, I am promis you!

A broker named Kevin Hodgkins gave me a load that was late a day and didn’t reschedule. So I show up and they tell me this load was for prior day and not rescheduled. Then he tells me he rescheduled for 10pm next day. I show up. Another lie. He never rescheduled. I would have been stuck for it not be to the great people at Aldi’s distribution in Riviera who took pity on me and unloaded me. Then he taunts me with layover is 150 when I lost a load I already had booked and two days work! Never again. Watch out for this guy. He’s a scam. All the after hours staff told me it’s not his first complaint.
