They just make our alberta roads worse with all the crap they put on the roads which also destroys our vehicles and it's horrible for our environment. So much garbage they dump on the roads makes getting on motorcycles very unsafe until near June hopping road are debris free. I'm pretty sure they hardly use thier blades and just dump garbage on roads making unsafe slushy road conditions.

Thinks traffic should have priority over the lives of people working on highways. They set up signs telling traffic to speed up entering a work zone to prevent congestion like people having to take an extra 10 minutes to get some where is a bigger inconvenience than some one dying.

Yesterday we lost a life possibly more on hiway 2 north of Blackfalds, my thoughts and prayers go out to friends and loved ones, we need to get these sanding and plow trucks out there alot sooner to avoid these tragedies. All of Alberta knew this system was coming through central Alberta yet not one truck did I see on the Red Deer area on hiway #2 until close to nine AM 🤔 should be a priority in these conditions and they don't seem to be just that. I know the time because I made 5 trips to Red Deer from lacombe county before 12:00 p.m. And tell the crews to put the pylons over more if that's where they want traffic to go, not stand the give airplane signals to move over. Holy crap why the brought this place to Alberta is beyond my level of comprehension.

I had a sand truck come up towards me that sprayed in front of me at over 85KM/hr causing over $5000 damaged to my new suv and typical corporate company wrote a garbage email denying to pay for their damages.

Great hire Alberta government, these guys are top notch.

What in the hell is this company? Horrible rating online makes sense solely based on my experience with one of their trucks heading south on Highway 2, 9am feb 26. North of Lacombe’s 2a exit. Driver doesn’t have BREAK LIGHTS. driving with a light rack on his roof, but no lights on! Slows down to make a left turn onto the emergency vehicle turnaround in the median. Even driving at 85 in this mornings slippery conditions I was worried the other truck in front me and I would loose control avoiding this reckless driver!

CNK 5340 (Might be wrong) White Pickup Driver Helped me Today.
A red car was Brake Checking me as i was hauling dangerous goods on my B-Train Flatdeck. This guy helped me to pass that Red Car and made sure that I was Safe 👍. Thankyou Sir! I really appreciate your kindness. I also had my 2 way radio on but didn't know what channel GMC guy was on. Thankyou MainRoad for hiring Responsible and Courteous Drivers like That Gentleman.

Another year of you guys not dropping your blades, or just going too fast.
Hwy590 east of Innisfail today was pure rubbish.
I'm guessing the semi on its side in the ditch would agree.
816 between 42 and 590 looked like your blade was an inch off the road.
You should definitely be penalized, or have your contract revoked.
Been putting up with your lacklustre skills since you won the contract.
Excellent example of why the lowest bid should not be awarded contracts.
Pick up your game - could be one if your family members that skids off the road.
I'm only sad that I can't give you a score lower than 1.

Main Road does the road work around Red Deer County. We'll, that's what their sign in the ditch say that they do.
What an incompetent company.
We had Temps around 2°C with a 70kmph wind from the North yesterday. Completely covering roads in snow which then froze leaving miles and miles and miles of ice covered roads. I passed a plow this morning driving on the shoulder with a box full of sand. Not spreading anything. Then you get into the County of Stettler and Volker Stevan is plowing and spreading salt and sand. Its a complete 180 of Main Road and their roads.
I called the 800 number and spoke to a lady in Vancouver or somewhere but i doubt that will do anything.
