It was great. The people that worked. There were also very helpful and anytime I wanted to get the crate. They were more than willing to help me.
Also, the delivery and pick up was also great very quick responses from both sides.

I wouldn't even give Make Space a 1 star. We had our belongings in a 40ft unit since last April. Aprox 3 months ago we went into our unit to remove some items only to find mold on our bedroom suite, couches, and mattresses smelling of mildew and moisture. We had been paying for insurance and informed Make Space of our issue. They passed it on to their insurance company without any investigation. The insurance agent We spoke with would not let us speak let alone tell what happened and is denying our claim. WITHOUT INVESTIGATING!!! Upon renting the unit, the manager at Make Space had mentioned the units are water proof, and rodent proof. Moisture obviously got in. There were mouse droppings and ants had been eating away at picture frames we had stored.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND WOULD STRONGLY SUGGEST TO FIND ANOTHER STORAGE PLACE AS WE ARE OUT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AND THEIR INSURANCE COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!

This was a great company to work with. They were quick efficient and very helpful. I would definitely recommend anyone moving to use this company. I enjoyed every step with using them. Best price on the market. No one could come near their pricing again. I would definitely recommend this company.

The move in was easy. The staff was accommodating and fast. The only problem was there was a container that blocked our access. I could still get to my storage unit but it took a little effort to back up the u-Haul to it. Other than that everything was great. I’m very happy.
