Avoid this company. Within 30 days we had two issues with them.

1. They once claimed that our pallet was improperly packaged and if any damages to the pallet it will not be covered. We advised them that the driver themselves have damaged our pallet. Lucky we had video of it all happening.

2. The driver claimed that had to do an "Indoor Pick Up" as we did not have a forklift but we did pay for tailgate. Again, we have video proof.

We have tried to resolve this, we called M-O twice. In both calls we asked what is considered "Indoor Pick Up Fee". Both times the customer service representative said that if the driver has to come inside the building to pick up the pallet. When we asked what if the driver is picking it up outside the building, they said that was not considered "Indoor Pick Up".

We were then advised to contact Freightcom because that is the 3rd party we used to book threw M-O. We also was advised to ask Freightcom to put in a claim on there end in which they did and the claim will be forwarded to them to deal with it. We also provided the link to the video in which we believe they did not watch as they claimed that the pallet was loaded onto the truck by hand which is not true. Our employee was asked to give him a hand to hold the pallet.

Calls were made to M-O was on:

Thursday December 12 2019, 10:04am and 10:17.

This will be the last time we will use them.

Worst Company Ever!! They work like the Govt. We had a problem with a shipment of furniture where the furniture was damaged and they were negligent. They told me I would have to pay the bill and then enter a claim. I told them I wouldn't pay as a matter of principle.
At that point communication ceased. Next time we wanted to use them they told me they had closed our account and we would have to fill out a credit app. No problem; my credit is perfect!!!! I spend 100's of thousands of dollars a year with manufacturers and suppliers without issue. They kept me waiting for 4 days and then said my credit had been declined. EVEN THOUGH I WAS PREPARED TO PAY THEM UPFRONT, with a credit card. FOR THIS SHIPMENT. As a result the product was late getting to my client as we had to make other arrangements and it reflected badly on us.

They obviously do not understand the "lifetime value of a customer"

I would hire a donkey and wagon train before I would ever consider them again!!!

Indian women who sits on first window at dispatch is very unprofessional with zero customer service skill, she don’t give compleat information, keeps attitude on her face, if visitor have some confusion ask again she prefer not to answer with strange expressions. Her speech is so unclear like she doesn’t want to work. She don’t even greet visitors.
Hope MO will provide her proper training of customer service skill since MO is great organization.

Don't rely on MO if you want your pallets shipped on time, and without damage.
Claim process will be way more costly than just going with another company's freight rate

Very poor customer service at the Receiver's first window. The girl does need customer service training for sure. Looks like someone forced her to be there. Big company bad management. That is all I can say here.

Staff is very upfront and to the point. Good people. Very knowledgeable and in some cases inventive when it comes problems. They lean towards the side of efficiency but that’s natural considering what they do. =]

Worst of the worst. No prior arrangement what so ever. Called us as at a random time telling us they cannot find the address. When find out we are not home, said would deliver it tomorrow between 10- 14 in the morning. No one showed up. Claim they driver put a wrong address !!! As if the yesterday conversation didn’t happen! so they won’t deliver it. “ they are not garaunteed delivery company” Ask for a manager and she was on lunch for 2,3 hours didn’t call back..Incompetency is running high! I don’t where to go what is gonna happen to my property.
