WARNING!!!!! This company is by far the most responsible I have ever delt with in my life. The Indian driver I felt with recently I could not understand and could only tell me its not his job to unload the product he was PAID to DELIVER...... I strongly suggest that any company out there that is using or thinking about using them to deliver ur product to think again if you would like to continue selling it to other company's. This is a horrible company and should be taken off the roads ?

The WORST transport company with NO return calls, NO return emails, NEVER deliver on time and terrible customer service. We have had a K&B design centre for 5 years, have deliveries daily from other companies with excellent service and literally not ONCE has this company arrived on time, answered a call or be honest about where our product is. It is the ONLY reason we rarely order from a few manufacturers in Quebec due to them only using Martin Roy for freight. The North Bay office is incompetent to say the least.

I have gave this company Numerous amounts of chances, products late or even damages, no one takes responsability, calls made, no returns calls, The price might be right but are company will never recommend.
