Called for a quote from Calgary to Bowden. Gave package dimensions, weight and address. Was told we'd receive a call back asap with pricing and timeline. Never got a callback all day. If they can't handle a basic phone call then we find it hard to believe they could handle our package.

The Customer Service provided by Claudette was wonderful. MC Dispatch was the 5th company I contacted today to arrange a simple delivery of goods from a Cargo Company at the Calgary International Airport to my Home. The first 4 companies were unhelpful, difficult to work with, unable to provide services without setting up an "account", and even rude! MC Dispatch and Claudette were completely different, they were understanding, helpful, and arranged the services required very quickly. The price was also the most reasonable quote I received all day. I am a disabled person, so rely upon delivery companies quite often - and I am very thankful for the service received from MC Dispatch. A pleasure.

They are a joke, I spoke with someone to get a package shipped to Edmonton. I wasn't able to make pick up time so they told me I could drop off the package at there office. Don't tell me that their address was changed so I drive all over the city finally make it to their proper address and no one's there an hour before they close. Complete waste if time go with someone else

The MC Dispatch crew helped our company out when we were in a major bind. Without them there was no way to get the jobs to our clients in the time, and manner they rely on us for. A huge shout out to all the MC crew for helping out in our hour (days) of need, and darn near absolute crisis. They were all absolute rock stars, and we couldn't have pulled it off without every last one of them from dispatch to the drivers. We absolutely recommend them for one and all.

Excellent service for 30% less than FedEx (who didn't show up). It will be MC I call first next time!
Also, I offered a $5.00 tip to the driver, she refused to accept it. Insisted she is paid for service. Impressive.

Called for a quote regarding shipment of two computer items from Calgary to Edmonton, was told I'd need to be called back due to the weight. Never got a call back. Went with ACE Courier instead.
