I worked with the company for three years, during which time I had no major incidents. Recently, following the unfortunate passing of Danny, a new account manager named Brandon took over the contract I was assigned to. Brandon’s management style is autocratic, and he lacks fundamental knowledge of the trucking industry. Allegedly, he secured his position through personal connections rather than professional qualifications. Although he frequently emphasizes rules and regulations, he fails to apply them consistently, especially when it comes to authorizing necessary expenditures like roadside repairs. I have saved conversations on my phone that demonstrate these inconsistencies.

If you were to ask any driver currently assigned to the account he manages, they would likely confirm experiencing considerable pressure and uncertainty regarding their employment status. His arrogant attitude only exacerbates these issues.

Today, Brandon terminated my employment, citing safety concerns. The incident in question involved a homeless individual who suddenly appeared in front of my truck in Toronto. My reflexive action to avoid hitting this person resulted in some damage to the tarp. This response was an attempt to avert a potentially tragic incident.

Furthermore, Brandon has allegedly terminated five other employees under questionable circumstances, without clear or justifiable reasons. He appears to be hiring and training new staff on a weekly basis, creating a disruptive and toxic work environment. Unfortunately, upper management seems indifferent to these serious concerns.

Today I am writing to bring attention to the unfair treatment my husband has experienced at this company. After three years of dedicated service without any major incidents, he was dismissed on what can only be described as a “use and throw” basis. Brandon, the new account manager, had been training another employee for about three weeks before my husband was terminated, suggesting that this move was premeditated. Brandon protected his own position while putting my husband’s livelihood—and that of others—in jeopardy.

My husband was let go over a minor incident that occurred three weeks prior, without any warning or opportunity to address the issue. This incident involved a homeless person suddenly stepping in front of his truck in Toronto, prompting my husband to take quick action to avoid a serious accident, which only resulted in minor damage to the tarp.

Brandon’s management style is autocratic and shows a lack of understanding of the trucking industry.

Many drivers under his management would attest to the stress and job insecurity they feel. His arrogant demeanor only adds to the toxic atmosphere. Moreover, Brandon has allegedly dismissed five other employees under questionable circumstances and continuously hires and trains new staff, causing disruption and instability.

Unfortunately, upper management seems indifferent to these troubling practices.

I strongly encourage upper management to review and address his autocratic practices and the unfair treatment he imposes on immigrant truck drivers, which could be perceived as discriminatory behavior on his part.

Their truck driver carrying a trailer backed into my car causing damage at a red light and tried t drive away. Had to chase him down honking for him to pull over !! I also emailed company with a complaint with No one getting back to me and it’s been 5 days now . Good to know their drivers can drive recklessly with their big red trucks trying to kill people on the road . If you driving behind any of these trucks MOVE! They hire people that don’t even know basic driving such as DONT REVERSE at a red light during traffic hours

There’s a lot to say about this company they picked up my car and quoted me 4000 for a open trailer and six for enclosed when he got there I was not at home and he told my kids that he talk to me and it was 6000 I told him to wait and bring my cars on the inclosed seeing that I paid the enclosed price he told me his trailer that was enclosed had brake issues I said I would wait until its fixed my car came and had a scratch . He told me don’t call the insurance to get a quote and he would pay me cash to fix the scratch. after I received a quote which was $2000 he told me I backed the car up and drove off and he’s not responsible for the scratch on my car when I just tried to help him move that car back so he can take my next car out I moved the car 20 feet and did not hit anything. I then called his father‘s company Mc clays his name is Troy and he told me his son doesn’t work for him but uses his car to transport to the US which seems kind of shady already. He said he would take care of it, and I never heard back from him and both him and his son are avoiding my phone calls I would suggest no one to use this company to transport they’re crooks

Their drivers are failing at checking blind spots during their morning commute. I watched as they cut off one passenger vehicle to get in the passing. Then, they forced me onto the Lincoln Alexander exit. I should have let the vehicle him me but I kind of value my life. Irresponsible organization and drivers. Be careful of their trucks when you see them on the road. They don’t see you.

Good for someone coming out of trucking school. No schedules, on call basis. Not for veteran drivers. Lucky to reach 40 hour weeks
