En route pour l'Alaska, nous nous sommes arrêtés chez McGovern's à Grande-Prairie avec notre V.R. puisque notre lecteur Blueray ne fonctionnait plus. Anton (ou Antoine?) y a jeté un oeil et nous a offert ses conseils pour le règlement de ce problème... tout-à-fait gratuitement. Merci grandement à McGovern's.

Great Staff! As with many new units there is an initial setup that has some trouble shooting. We had a trailer hitch installed and tie downs installed for our new unit. We made the commute in to get our unit installed and it took a little longer than expected. McGovern’s stepped up and looked after us. Everybody from Desmond who let us run around in his car. Joe who did the walk through and showed us how everything worked. And Kevin the service manager who was right there helping us get the unit working on the truck.

Happy and pleased with the service at McGoverns Rv. Traded in two campers and walked away with exactly what we wanted- a downsize boondock trailer. Desmond was amazing to deal with. Milan went above and beyond our expectations regarding our trade in. John was phenomenal with the walk through. Would 10/10 recommend this dealership to assist you with your RV needs

What a beautiful experience it has been for are family of7...we have had r best moments in the new year with Katlyn at McGovern's RV& Marine we bought a new
Beautiful used RV that fits us perfect for our 4 furbabies and our pre teen son,who has enjoyed the experience as much as we have . We will be visiting McGovern's because of kaytlen and she got us excited to meet the furbabie who was fun and I'll say this iv never been greeted with such home feelings it was humbling...worm excepted she is bubbley and we have much to talk visit chat about.hope your doing good K I'll stop and see you again I can't hardly wait.🥰☕

This summer I had the pleasure of attending the adoption day at McGoverns with my friend. I couldn’t be more impressed! Thank you to Liz, she was so warm and welcoming, making the whole experience enjoyable and not to forget the pups were such cuties. If you’re ever at McGoverns, definitely connect with Liz—she’s fantastic! More places should have events in collaboration with animal shelters.

When we first walked in we were met by a friendly and knowledgeable sales person. Katelyn took the time to tour us through McGovern's inventory and explain the many features of the Keystone Cougar product. When we returned a second time to review our choice Katelyn was more than happy to spend the time to make sure we were making a great choice. Katelyn and Milan then sat down with us to create a great price/package that met our needs. I would highly recommend this dealership and the great people that work there if you are in the market for a new or used unit.
We returned to pick up our new camper today and met John, one of the service and delivery techs. He took the time to go through each feature and explain how they operated. John connected the new camper and hitch, took the time to explain how the stabilizer bars worked and made sure they were properly adjusted. Great service all around!
