Dear Meest,

Why did the package arrive so damaged, as if it had been used as a football?!
Why did the mug, which was supposed to be in the box, arrive without the box and broken?!!!
Do you warn your customers to keep all receipts, since the package may either not arrive or the items in it might be damaged?!
The delivery services are quite expensive, and such treatment is unacceptable!
I do not recommend it to anyone, and I will not use your services again!!!

Доброго дня українці в Калгарі. Мушу звернутись, бо накипіло. Здала посилку у відд. 440 26 ТН Ave 20 cічня 2025 року. Сьогодні якраз місяць. Дочка зателефонувала, бо ми відстежували та посилка 04.02.2025 р була ще в Торонто. Вона ще в Торонто, вже місяць, як таке може бути. Із Калинки відправляли чуть дорожче та прилітали за три тижні, а тут вже місяць і вона ще в Канаді. Рекламують красиво та роблять паршиво.

3 month almost i have been waiting my package, woman on the hot line just told me its been sent 10 th of December but i sent my package October 30, its insane how badly and slowly this shit works, where my package was 1,5 months nobody can answer me, well, hopefully close to Easter i can get it, pray to all gods to protect me from one more time dealing with this shit ever again. Btw, you need to make an appointment although the working hours are from 10 to 4 and 0 info about “dealing meeting” . when I sent the second parcel I made an appointment I called twice and also sent an email but the agent almost forgot about me, he were about to lock the door and leave the place. it was the day when I had a flight from Canada and it was important for me to send things. Btw its also been sitting at somwhere at warehouse like a month and just now been sent. the agent is a friendly man but the delivery is terrible because it does not arrive for 6-8 weeks as the info on the website says

Не знаю, чому так багато негативу пишуть, але це приватний будинок, бізнес на дому, тому подзвоніть для зустрічі. Вас зустріне українець, все пояснить, дуже прискіпливий до деталей і робить все без поспіху. Буду користуватися ще.

They lost our package. It has been 2 months since the package left Calgary and did not arrive in Baku. We paid $94. The value of the parcel was over $800. Customer service sucks. When I call they recognize my voice, they transfer somewhere. E-mails are not answered. If you want your package to get lost on the way, you can use Meest's service.

Ужас, больше никогда не буду отправлять. Когда я позвонила узнать где же моя посылка, мужчина начал мне говорить что нужно было слушать внимательнее и посылка, за которую я заплатила что бы она летела самолётом за 5-7 дней, ехала больше 3 недель, а почему?
Во второй раз когда я позвонила в 9:30, он поднял трубку и был очень возмущён тем, что его все достают и спрашивают "где же моя посылка" в нерабочее время, потому что он начинает с 10 утра.
По итогу он отправил её в Торонто спустя 2 недели только.
В Торонто девушка очень вежливая, перезвонила, уточнила почему так долго шла посылка по Канаде.
Итог: первый раз в Канаде встретилась с хамством когда ты заплатил за услугу и имеешь право знать что с твоей посылкой, но тебя обвиняют в том, что ты не внимательный и надоедливый.
