Metro grocery store is big and super clean. They have a wine shop and friendly staff who help you out. And hey, there's a Starbucks inside too, so you can grab a coffee while you shop. Overall, it's a great place to get your groceries with lots of perks.

Last Wednesday I went to this Metro hoping to buy some fresh beef patties to grill. Unfortunately there was on pack of two left which weren’t enough. Hayden from meat department explained they would make more the next day which I get. However he went above and beyond and inquired how many I needed which I replied with 4. He said if you have 10 minutes, I can make 4 fresh patties for you. I had 10 minutes so I took up the offer. It was the last night of our stay at Collingwood and Hayden you saved the evening for us. The burgers were the most delicious and juiciest patties I’ve ever had. Well done young man!

Went to metro to pick up a birthday cake.

When asking the boy behind the counter to write happy birthday on the cake he said he has about 5 minutes left on his shift and doesn't have the time. We came around 9:45pm on Saturday. I understand it was close to store closure but it takes all of 2 minutes to write a simple happy birthday message instead of saying no.

We then asked him for a birthday cake topper and he threw it in the counter with a smirk on his face. He didn't even hand it to me in my hand.

Completely underwhelmed with level of service.

Went to their deli recently wanting to buy provolone cheese. They had none. Went today to buy kolbassa…again they had none. These are not specialty items but basic deli products. Get organized Metro! Great way to lose customers.

Really nice store. The presentation and stock was impressive. I went in for T-bone steaks because I was told there was a good sale. I couldn't believe the price. I ended up buying 4 steaks, freezing three, and feeding 3 of us on the 4th. I paid $15.74 for the attached pic of the steak. And it was my most expensive one. The meat was tender and delish. Going back for more. Sale ends Thursday.
