Im very thankful to the Metro team. Their staff are 10 stars! The lady at the office is amazingly helpful and understanding what I want. The Stone Slinger guy knows really well what he’s doing. He knows right away what to do when you give him instructions. Very friendly guy. Pay for the Stone Slinger truck its extremely worth it. Saved me millions of hours and energy from dealing with 30 yards of gravel. Dont waste your time looking elsewhere, Metro got so much selections.

The fellow who attended to our yard in Mt. Dufferin this afternoon placing drain rock from a Slinger truck was great. Courteous, accommodating and precise with placement. We sent in a request for a quote via their website and had no response. After 2 weeks of waiting, we directly emailed one of the owners and in 3 weeks she has not responded.
Unbelievably poor customer service. They lost out on a 10000 dollar job and I doubt we will give them another opportunity for future projects.

Friendly helpful staff. Good prices for the non-contractor. They will help load the back of your pickup truck or you can haul in 5 gallon pails in your trunk. Much better pricing than landscaping suppliers.
