Beware of this Brokerage Company. Booked a looked with James Niemela which was supposed to get picked up Friday morning. On Thursday night around 10 pm EST, I receive an email from James saying that the shipper informed him that the shipment is not ready whereas Thursday afternoon my truck was already waiting at the nearest truck stop to pick up this load the next morning. When I saw James' email first thing Friday morning, I called him and informed him that my truck drove 300 miles empty and is already at the truck stop nearest to the pickup location and he said that he will provide TONU. In the afternoon, I called and emailed him to get an update on the TONU and he stopped responding to my calls and emails. After multiple calls and emails, I still haven’t heard anything back regarding the TONU.

Firstly if this broker can email me at midnight to inform me that the load is canceled then why can’t he respond to my calls/emails in the daytime in regards to providing TONU?

Secondly, the shipper closes at 5 pm EST, so when the shipper was done for the day they must have known that the load were not ready, then why I was not informed right away? Because there is no way that the shipper would have not known that the load are not ready by the end of their working hour.

Would have given 0 stars.

Warning be careful from this company working 5-6 hours a day and 1-2 days off in a week . 3-4 drop and hook a day no payment this is real we quit 2-3 trucks together waste time.

Driver of 919862 was too lazy to walk into the truck stop to usr the restroom wen it is just 300 feet away.
Why would you want a company with drivers that are that lazy to haul your freight

I fuel up here everyday but also know a few drivers that drive for millcreek and they love it and love the home time and best of all they love the money they are making,,new equipment and great pay can't beat that
