Two rental rate increases in 10 months. The recent rate increase for Oct. 2024 is $14 including tax. Mandatory storage insurance is a must have or they won't rent to you... never heard that one before this place (but you can buy their insurance. From what I recall the $$ value coverage was low). If you rent down the road at the barns on 47 street bring "Lights" as there is none in the units. It feels like a slow gentle fleecing. Got dinged $12 xtra bucks on Aug bill which they credited back to my c/c on file. It was a late charge which was corrected. So that's my first 11 months with them. Take it for what its worth.

A fine facility and in a good location to store household items safely. Office staff are friendly and most helpful in insuring that a client's needs are fully met. Overall an easy and successful choice to make when needing a storage faci;lty.

From speaking to them on the phone & in person was awesome. Very professional & articulate. I was given codes which actually worked without hassles. We were shown our unit & details on how to possibly stack and get the most out of our unit & if more space was required they could help us out. Highly recommended. Very friendly people

We recently got 2 sites at the south storage lot (1 for existing work trailer, 1 for new travel trailer). They put us in the south storage as it's for longer trailers (ours are 24 and 30 ft).
Even with the shorter trailer you can not back in straight as the self storage units are in the way (~45 ft clearance from front of truck to self storage units when backed into trailer lot completly). Trailer parking needs to be angled.
The trailer lots are thin, with 30" of clearance (total, both sides together) with a 90" wide trailer.
The lot is short on gravel, and my trailer backs into mud.
The app to be used as a garage opener is slow if it is working at all; much faster to leave the vehicle and enter the code.
+1 star for Tammy (I believe was her name, ordered 2 weeks ago on the phone). She was excellent to get everything set up.
I regret moving my work trailer to this lot, it has added time to every day.

Don't believe what the operaters on the phone tell you. Really read the fine print before you agree to anything. The cost will be more than triple after the first month. Late fees add up to $100s. There are bigger and better units from other companies who give you the honest price right from the start, who have way better customer service. Mini mall charges you extra to do business over the phone. You will be loading or unloading in the mud if it's been raining. The roads between units are not paved. Graded dirt with gravel tossed over the big holes. Dusty or muddy. Bumpy road.
Customer service is condescending if you manage to get through to them at all. Don't bother trying to call the office in Camrose. They don't answer the phone or reply to voicemail.
There are better storage places in Camrose.
If you can use Uhaul storage, do it. Their storage facilities are clean, paved and cheaper. Uhaul has fantastic customer service. True and fair prices upfront.

Great place for storage, clean well kept units at an affordable price. Very helpful and great service. Had trouble when we arrived was able to call some one direct and resolve the issue and help is gain access. 10/10 would recommend.

I fist called early one morning and the call center helped me out. The lady there was having technical issues. Once the main office opened up I spoke with Tammy and she was a great help!! She was able to get me all set up and resolved the issue I had very quickly. Tammy was awesome to deal with!! Our storage spot was for an RV and the site was exactly what we needed. The facility is secure and clean.

Staff at location are wonderful. The call center agent I booked with was not. She was argumentative and sarcastic when I tried to explain that there were two different south Camrose locations. I was unable to get my second unit at the same location. I was also given an incorrect gate code and had to call and wait for a new one at the gate.
