Sign and hours indicate they are open. No one was there. Called customer service and they told me the easiest way to rent a unit quickly was to do it online and I would get an access code. So I did, got a unit number, gate access code, my credit card was charged. Then my access code didn't work and calling customer service they could do absolutely nothing except tell me I will get a phone call locally sometime but they couldn't tell me when. Couldn't even tell me if it would be today. Still have no access after 3 hours and still have not received a phone call.

Not very trustworthy, had to replace the lock on the unit after going to check on my things and finding the code on the lock to be one number off its combination after thoroughly scrambling it every time I left. This time I came to find boxes out of order. I believe someone is going through my unit. Replaced the lock with my own and will be looking for other options for storage especially since no one is ever in office to talk to or call..

Our office staff are fully trained in sales. Customer service from our staff is number 1 our customers come Frist. Come around look at our units let our staff walk you through it. We do our walk thru on all units , if there a concerns we contact our customer.

Mini Mall Storage at this location was effective for our temporary needs.
Arlene was the on site staff member who assisted us completely. Her bubbly personality and efficient manner helped make the process much easier. She spent time showing us the various units to ensure we rented the correct one to suit our needs, and helped us breeze through the paperwork efficiently. Judi assisted us efficiently over the months as we were out of country with continued payments and inquiries with the same great personality making the process enjoyable and stress free. It is wonderful in this day and age of non customer service to interact with staff members, such as Arlene and Judi who cares and deliver great customer service to the clients engaging their business.

I have been using this facility for storage for over 10 years. Always been pleased with the experience.

Especially since the new ownership of a couple years ago. All the staff are professional, knowlegeable, and unfailingly friendly. I especially have enjoyed dealing with Arlene, always smiling, friendly, and she remembers my name and unit#! I could pay online, but I usually come in person just to see Arlene once in awhile, she always brightens my day!
