Went from starting my search online for a 24 hour access storage unit in the area snd had one within 10 minutes. I got the gate code wrong, called them after office hours and they had someone answering the phones anyway who helped me out. Then they called later on to make sure everything was cool on my end. Experience has been awesome so far.

Dry clean and well managed. Friendly staff. Costs are expensive and the weekly service fee is not justifiable. We wanted to downsize our locker and it was actually going to cost us more. Also, insurance was twice as high for the same coverage amount.

They also bill every 4 weeks, versus monthly. That adds an extra payment that you need to factor in to your overall annual costs.

The accommodation of an older gentleman was just perfect John was the best at finding us a perfect size unit for dads needed. Clean and well looked after. Let’s not forget the clean washroom when needed after a long-haul

Very clean and professionally managed facility. So clean, we thought it was brand new! As first time users, it was easy to sign-up, get access to our unit and begin to use the storage.

I paid for a unit online and called the next day to clarify the unit types because I needed something I could drive up to. When I called they told me they did not have units like that which is understandable. I asked for a refund of the $85 I paid and they said they do not give refunds. I was initially upset but then the associate who spoke with me called back a couple days later saying they looked into it and could make an exception which I really appreciated. While it didn’t work out this time, I would consider their storage options in future thanks to the kind service I received!

Pricing looks fantastic until you get the "additional fees" tacked on. They add on a payment processing fee and an administrative fee for the privilege of buying their service and a carbon recovery fee plus another innocuous sounding fee that jacks up the final price by over $30 per month, so much for the fantastic pricing.

I hate companies and industries that hide the final price to the consumer, this is akin to baggage fees when flying. All smoke and mirrors designed to take advantage of people who don't pay attention, and I get that if you're one of those people then maybe you should pay more but it wastes my time and tells me that you're not a company I want to associate with if you need to play tricks to gain customers.

The place did look nice and clean though and the staff were friendly as they followed morally bankrupt company policy, hence the second star
