I called Missing Link to setup service and I received prompt service. The service technician was very polite. He walked us through the setup of our connection and made recommendations to enhance our internet. When I installed an extra router, I was having trouble and I called them. The technician gave me good advice over the phone and I was able to complete the setup. So far I am very happy with the service and the courtesy extended by the people at Missing Link.

Currently have missing link. It will kick us off completely about twice a month, but for the most part it's good. However, when this happens we were informed to contact the missing link 24 hour number. The guy that works in the evening is less then helpful, and talks to you as you are wasting his time. Very frustrating experience and especially when he argues that your internet is work when its nor and he continues to talk instead over top of you instead of listening to the problems that are happening. He's very rude, and we are looking into switching suppliers because of this man and his lack of helpfulness or professionalism.

Extremely frustrated with our Missing Link internet. It’s less than reliable - it feels as if we’re continually trouble-shooting. The person we just spoke to was less than helpful. We’re regretting our decision to continue with this provider.

Just had my Fibre connection installed. It's great. Very fast, amazing connection. Before that I had AirFibre and for what it was, it was great too. No problems with most games and no problems at all streaming. Sorry that most people don't seem to understand the limitations of wireless tech.

Your installers are gentlemen, and nice guys to talk with. I enjoyed my experience, and continue to do so with my blazing fast internet. Thanks again guys!

Missing Link has been the only successful ISP for my location. I feel they never took this for granted and always gave immediate response to my concerns and has always been very good at communicating troubleshooting techniques or network repairs/maintenance that affected my services. They have provided me with some of the best customer service I've experienced anywhere. I feel their prices and plan options are very good quality. I have been with missing link for almost two years now and I have had nothing but problem. I have had more time without internet then I have with it. It is always disconnected I feel like I have been ripped off for two years. I will say that the service people have always been very nice and always willing to help. But I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
