TL,DR: they were late, brought the wrong vehicle, not enough movers, and no moving dollies or straps, despite being given all of the exact measurements and weight of the hot tub being moved. Told me theyd be back in 2 hours but it took 4 hours to get the other vehicle, with no updates for 2 hours. They dragged the hot tub on moving blankets across the paved patio and driveway, causing scratches. They handled the tub in a rough and unprofessional way, leaning it on its weak points. They didnt handle the item carefully or safely, and basically made excuses and demanded payment repeatedly. Mondher was dismissive and unavailable when i needed to communicate with him, but called multiple times after the delivery demanding payment. I told him exactly what day and time i would pay - after setting up the tub and letting it run for a bit to make sure they hadnt damaged it.

He continued to call and demand payment.

*I did pay for the move, exactly when i said i would. Havent received receipt or any indication of received payment

Amazing experience!!!! I needed a moving company and called so many before using M&M and so glad that I did. The guys came on the time promised, did am amazing job!!! Very friendly and super professional!!! Prices are very good and competitive. Thank you to all!! Highly recommend!!!

I had few bad experiences with moving companies so I was very careful this time in choosing Movers. FROM the 1st call talking to Munzir I felt comfortable right away, he was professional, friendly and asked about all details. I had 3 young men arriving on time on moving day, I can't even describe the hard work theses guys did, they were very fast and thorough with amazing attitude. The guys were working so hard to the point where I asked them to stop they refused but I insisted, I made them some tea and even then the break was 5 minutes and they went back to work right away. The beds were all disassembled and reassembled again at the new place, Same thing with the sofas. They made sure every item and every box went to the right room. AND above all the price is very reasonable.

Had to get treadmill moved from the basement to the garage. The team from M&M came and done the job very professionally, quickly and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend these guys and will definitely use them again
