If I could give more stars, I would. I had such a smooth experience. I got a much better deal from them than the the other company I dealt with and the other quotes I got at the time. Dianne was very patient with me and very accommodating when I had to reschedule our pick up and drop offs. Everyone was very helpful. The office staff as well as the guys who picked up and dropped off my container. Very friendly. I wish that I knew about them before I had such bad experiences from another company. I will recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you Mobile Fortress.

Wonderful experience!!! Needed a storage container in a spot where regular ones can't be placed, since theirs are on wheels it can go anywhere. Diana is so nice and very helpful with the size needed and had it delivered quickly. Fast forward to pick up day; Rob was amazing at getting the flat bed between the houses and very pleasant. I recommend Mobile Fortress if you need a container for short or long term rental, pricing is good as well as the staff!!!

We contacted Diana from mobile fortress for a pod rental and delivery for a our garage and workshop move from Hamilton to the Peterborough area. They were the only company I found that had 24 foot boxes. Diana was very helpful and even moved the pick up dates for us at the last minute

And the best part, when we had the pod delivered to our new address, we were told (and rightly so) that the driver would give us 3 hours to unload (we would be charged an hourly rate for extra time). No problem but when it was delivered, the driver and person with him were the owners of the company and they even volunteered to assist in the unloading (not expected but very much appreciated). We were done in an hour and half.

An extremely positive experience with great service.

My only recommendation to improve would be to have a ramp on the pod itself to assist in the loading and unloading.

I would give them 10 stars if I could! Would definitely use them again!!!!

Great experience from start to finish with Mobile Fortress! Dianna got back to me so quickly with a quote & also every time I called or e-mailed with a question! Reasonably priced & it was no problem to keep the unit for additional time when project took longer than anticipated. The gentlemen who dropped off & picked up the unit were great too. Highly recommend!

Great place for renting moving pods. Dianna did an excellent job of advising what my needs were. Only thing is there were not enough tie down points near ceiling and floor areas. Their driver was polite and knowledgeable. Did a great job loading and unloading the container.

Recently used to move from Glanbrook to Ancaster. Company was fantastic to deal with by phone and email. When there was some confusion surrounding the pickup date (our issue, not theirs) they were more than accommodating. Took care to lay boards down to protect driveway and grass. Containers were spotlessly clean. Ample tie downs. 24 foot units fit more than competitors and the price was better! 100% recommended to anyone moving or needing temporary storage

I used a 20ft pod from Mobile Fortress since January 2022 and my new home was finally ready in August.
I was nervous about having all of my belongings in storage for so long but it was unnecessary 🙂
The pod was delivered right on time and everything was in it's original state.
Great company to deal with and Dianna was always available and willing to help with any questions or rescheduling of dates!
