Had the pleasure to have Damian prepare a rewards supper for 8 people. He was great to deal with before and he was a great communicator. We asked to do what ever he wanted and he delivered a amazing meal and it was all around his Indigenous culture. He was amazing the day of the supper we just had to sit back and enjoy the great meal, he cooked and cleaned. I would recommend Damian to anyone that wants a great experience along with a great host as well. All of the people at supper where amazed. Thanks Damian for a great experience and cant wait to do this again real soon.

Chef Damian catered a meal for a special occasion at our home. We selected a 7 course dairy and gluten free meal and he delivered! I can say that none of us have ever had an experience like this before, and then had a clean kitchen at the end. Just amazing. We would recommend without hesitation.

We had such a great experience working with Damian! From the start, he was enthusiastic and easy to communicate with. He worked with me to created a taco bar with some amazing additions. He was super accommodating with our group’s dietary restrictions, and the food turned out amazing. There was plenty for everyone (plus leftovers the next day!), and it really set the tone for a perfect first night in Canmore. Highly recommend!

After a different caterer stopped replying to me, it was nice to have the opposite, communicative experience with Damian. We were able to arrange 3 meals for a party of 15 via email in a relatively short timeframe. He kindly dropped off meals on 2 separate days and gave us a few tips on the Canmore/Banff area. Everything was very delicious. I would highly recommend him for any catering needs you might have when visiting the area!

Tip: After 3 meals, we had a good bit of food left over and ended up taking it to the fire station in Canmore. They were very appreciative!

Damian did not disappoint. His first meal was delivered directly to our resort condo. It was hot and delicious. His second delivery was an In House chef experience for my birthday! It was a beef short rib dinner cooked to perfection and so too was the ( best mashed potatoes my grand daughter said, she has ever eaten). Third dinner was a delivery and once again delivered Hot and Delicious! Damien offered phenomenal service with a smile and listened to our needs.

Truly an outstanding experience! Damian was our chef at home for a group of eight for a special reunion and celebration over the Thankskgiving long weekend. We could not have asked for a better experience! Everything was over and beyond our expectations. The food was exceptional, some of the best meals we’ve ever had, and Damian’s professionalism and friendly service made it even more amazing! We’ve also hired him to cook us some meals to reheat so we could spend more time enjoying our time together and again he delivered delicious and delightful meals.
Chef Damian has been a highlight of our epic weekend, and we wholeheartedly thank him for bringing this extra special touch to something we will never forget.  I highly recommend Damian for any of your culinary needs. Communication is prompt and easy and service is customized and impeccable.

Fabulous Food

We had a gathering of 50 to 60 people and did not want the usual sandwiches and sweets. Damian and his helper came through 10 fold. Delicious hot and cold, hors d’oeuvres, dips, charcuterie boards, variety of tasty sweets. Just devine. What Damian did for us would be ideal for a meeting, intimate wedding, baptism, memorial, birthday party, any occasion where you would like some fabulous food. I am still having people asking me who catered our gathering.

I hired Damian to cook for our group of 14 to mark a special occasion. Damian curated a beautiful, indigenous-themed three course meal with an amuse-bouche to get the senses rolling. The menu was thoughtful, farm-to-table, and considerate of people's dietary restrictions. The food presentation was stunning and the overall taste of the meal was exceptional. Everything was plated and served, and Damian and his sous-chef, Matt, kept the wine pouring. I highly recommend Mountain Fire Foods for your next special meal!
