Very disappointed to see one of their drivers with plate number SHO 84C park in a handicapped spot to do their business instead of parking in a normal spot like they should have. I am only writing this as I was driving my elderly mother to her Dentist appointment, where we frequently park in the assigned handicapped spot.

Very lazy and unprofessional on behalf of this driver. I would hope the company install dash cameras on their vehicles to assure etiquette and safety.

We have been dealing with MTS for well over 15 years and we've never ever had a problem with the service. They always show to pick up our packages. If I've had to order a special pick up then I email and I get a prompt confirmation back and the driver shows the next day. We have used MTS as our Dental Office courier for many years. We have always had excellent service. Delivery and pick up schedule is very consistent - they never miss a pick-up or delivery. Our delivery driver is kind, friendly, and has a great sense of humor. We order some stationary from them as well! it is excellent quality, speedy printing and delivery, with great prices. We highly recommend MTS.

I have been dealing with MTS for a good 5 years now and they have just shown horrible service time and time again. Constantly late or not showing up, making excuses. Since Covid started they have just seen that as an excuse to get even worse. All they do is try to cut corners and save money, not to mention the terrible customer service. I'm convinced at this point we would get our stuff out faster if I took it all myself on foot.
