Used them to ship my car from Toronto to Edmonton. Said it would take 14 days ended up arriving at the depot for pick up in 8 days! Smooth easy process. No back and forth. Just drop off, take pics, shipped. Pick up. Simple. I recommend.

I received my car with multiple damages, dents on the sides and scratches, also the mirror and the rear bumper, I don't know how many people have manipulated my car but at some point it was hit in several parts, it is frustrating because it is a practically new car and it is the first time I have used a transport service, it has definitely not been a great experience
The lack of professionalism of this company is evident. Having the photos and evidence of the damage they caused to my car, they try to laugh and do not want to solve it, without paying for the lost time and the pain that this is causing me.

Really appreciate the service and level of detail with this shipment! The tracker updates of location along the way was excellent, and it ended up being shipped and delivered quicker than initially anticipated! The price was very reasonable as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to ship their vehicle.

Process is very simple and straightforward. My car arrived without a scratch or dents and that was my greatest fear. My car arrived like a week ahead of expectation so that was another plus.

The only glitch I had with this process was at delivery. The security guard at the lot needs some customer service training. I shipped via J Simons in Scarborough and no one was in office at 9am opening. It was found later that the worker was by the lot, and in going to find him, since the security guard refused to take my keys as it was not outside of J Simons opening hours, we missed each other as we moved from location to location. That whole ordeal proved quite frustrating.

However, the customer service rep on the phone was quite pleasant and helpful, despite me hitting the roof. The guy in the office was nice too. At pick up in Calgary, the security guard got the memo! He understood customer service!

Overall, I would definitely recommend MVS.

MVS worked with us to find all options that were available. I was able to strategize with different $ options.
The other companies I reached out to were not as hospitable to help us reach a happy outcome.
They didn't appear to want to entertain me and diverted me to different branches of their company without success.
From door -to- door pickup, to via rail, we were given every option to determine what was best for us. It was affordable, efficient and executed with ease. Their tracking communication was most welcome and accurate.
We shipped my son's vehicle across the country and he was able to pick up the vehicle with ease on the other side of things as well.
Overall, I would recommend this company and would use again.

Used them to ship my vehicle from British Columbia (Vancouver terminal) to Nova Scotia (Dartmouth Terminal). Great experience. They were very responsive when I had questions. I received regular updates which I appreciated so much. Their staff was very friendly and helpful on both ends. And my SUV arrived in great condition. Would recommend to anyone planning to ship their vehicle across Canada.

Here we are at the start of transporting our 2011 Subaru Forrester with the lad from MVS doing the final plate removal before heading to the start point in Vars Ontario. Took 4 weeks to transport by truck and rail and truck to Cranbrook BC where it arrived safe and sound with tracking updates along the way.

I recently used MVS Transport Inc. to transport a car from Mississauga to Halifax. The car was delivered exactly on the date promised. I was extremely impressed by the professional interactions and communication 2with this company. Though not the least expensive quotation I received, I am extremely happy I selected this company. I believe that among the nine quotations I received, MVS was the only one that received a glorious rating and feedback on the Better Business Bureau.

I cannot end this review note without mentioning Dave Holliday, who was extremely professional, helpful, and candid concerning when the car might be arriving at its destination.
