The only thing was: The driver was very impolite and rude at unloading, if he'd have listened, he would had had a way better location to turn around. Whatever.

Shipping my car from Montreal to Calgary turned out to be an incredibly smooth experience. All along the process I could talk easily to a real, friendly person with answers, the instructions were beyond thorough and clear, I was updated about where the car was regularly and it arrived in perfect condition. Price was less than I had imagined and easier than driving it myself for four long days. I don't write many google reviews but this company really delivers and it was all so pleasant. Only complaint? A map to find the drop off point would have been helpful but even that didn't matter. When I was lost in the rail yards a real person answered the phone immediately and helped me figure it out. Really impressed all along the way.

Shipped vehicle from Vancouver to Toronto. Service was good and aligned with the information that was provided throughout the process. The reviews online were worrisome when I first started to explore shipping with MVS but the price was too hard to beat. The app was great and worked well for uploading pictures before shipping. The status updates along the way were positive and nice to get. I wasn't in a rush to receive my vehicle but it did arrive with in the quoted arrival window (earlier than anticipated which was nice). Previous reviews made mention of negative customer experiences with staff but I didn't have any of those. It's all business -- follow the instructions, inspect the car, drop the car, await updates, inspect on arrival, pick up the car. It's not a white glove service model if that's what you're expecting. Reviews made concerns about stuff in car going missing. We made sure our car was empty except for winter tires. No issues there. Most affordable rate going, car arrived on time, no damage/issues. Robyn at MVS was quick to respond and provide support. Would recommend.
