Wow. What wonderful service! I had to ship 8 oversized boxes to Alberta and found the price really high in December - due to the holidays and postal strike, and surge fees. I was lucky to find Del and her team, who worked with me over several weeks to resolve my shipping issue. Del is so professional and knowledgeable. She went to great lengths to source every possible solution for me. Every interaction with them was positive. Even though they've been working overtime, they remained courteous and eager to help. I can't say enough good things about the business Del has built, and highly recommend her services for any and all shipping or courier matters.

Amazing small business. Del handled my shipping package with ease. I needed to ship a large box of auto parts across the continent to an American customer and she dealt with the paperwork and even advised as to which type of service I would require to have my shipment arrive promptly and safely. I appreciate all her tireless efforts and would recommend to all my friends and family.

I was/am so impressed with Delarae Ritchie, CEO of MYDEL delivery services (Georgetown) that I just have to share my experience with all of you.
She is professional & friendly in my dealings with her.
She definitely goes beyond the "normal" of customer service. She knows her business very well and was able to help me process my return item where I was getting no where. To say I highly recommend her is an under statement.

My story:
I had to return an item to a major vendor. They did accept it and
sent me a Return Bar Code Label which I printed. However when I
checked with another popular 'shipper service' in town, they
estimated my cost to be half the value of my item!
I tried to telephone the vendor but they just have an automated
response for both phone & chat. Both responses were limited
to about 6 choices of which none were helpful. I could NOT get a
human being to talk to. It was raising my frustration level.

I finally went to MYDEL delivery services in Georgetown at 354 Guelph St., Georgetown. I met Del Ritchie of MYDEL and she promptly and professionally solved my problem ... she's the best. Try her out.

First time visit. The lady that works here is really kind and helpful. She went out of her way to assist me, and saved me time, even though it’s the holidays and I’m sure she’s crazy busy.
