Update - Their reply is encouraging. Will change my review if, after a few deliveries, I see a consistent change.

They can't read door signs. I keep telling them not to BLOCK my door. But they don't care. They obviously can see the sign I posted but they put packages in front of my door blocking me from being able to leave. At some point I'm going to trip over the package and sue. So they are not great and I will definitely be reporting them to Amazon to let them know their service is below expectations. As you can see, there's no way he would have been missing my sign and the big green arrow on where to place them. I know they work hard for little money, but this would have taken no extra time and is a tripping hazard.

Please teach your douchebag driver how to park safely, forget about providing the courier service.

Your driver with unit #2234 was blocking a live traffic lane with his flashers on.It was around 4:50 pm on chingucousy rd in Brampton.They think it's perfectly fine for them to stop wherever they want as long as they turn on their flashers!!!!!

I had a very bad experience with MY COURIER. For me, it’s not MY COURIER; it’s THEIR OWN COURIER. They treat drivers very poorly. There’s no proper safety equipment, and sometimes there are no dollies. The vans are in terrible condition, with no winter tires, and the company doesn’t even provide washer fluid. If a driver happens to cause minor damage, they cut their full payment and fire them. Management expects drivers to do work outside of their zone, like house moving, without any training or proper equipment like straps and dollies. If a driver says no, they get their shifts cut for 1-2 weeks. Overall, I’d give MY COURIER, or should I say THEIR COURIER, 0 stars.

If I could give zero stars I would!!! Around 3:45 the delivery driver parked in between two driveways caused havoc to the property owners and he had the audacity to blame it on the property owners. Instead of admitting his fault of parking between two driveways, he spent one hour on the phone talking to his manager and wasting time of others while he was being paid by the employer. His license authentication should be verified. He failed to provide his license detail. I don’t know how this company hires drivers who do not follow the Ontario traffic/motor highway act rules and regulations.

It’s absolutely outrageous that my previous review was deleted! Every single time someone dares to speak out against the discrimination within this company, they get expelled. This isn’t just unfair; it’s a clear abuse of power! The so-called 'Student Supervisor' is acting completely unjustly, and it's clear they think they can just silence anyone who calls them out. Enough is enough! I will be taking this matter to the IRCC, as they are the only ones who can actually hold these people accountable and force them to face the consequences of their actions.

I had a terrible experience with this courier company. They were super late with my delivery and didn't communicate at all. Customer service was unhelpful, and when my package finally arrived, it was damaged. I won't be using them again and definitely don't recommend them!
