This store has been phenomenal re service, etc. However, today checked store hours and was going to drive 35 km to town today to pick up my parcel, good thing I checked reviews first. Thank you Bob Thompson for your review [2 months ago] re they are closed on Sundays! Please update your online data.

They changed their parcel pickup policy and now charge to have packages delivered. I already pay shipping and fedex and ups pay to use their facility. I should not also be charged.

Very rude staff. Asked what I needed then held her finger up in my face to talk to another employee. I will not support them in any way whatsoever. Whether it be for parts or parcel delivery.

Was going to buy an impact that was on sale today. Manager would not honor the sticker sale price. Sales clerk tried to get him to honor the price he refused.
Just mumbled something and walked away. Last time I buy anything from Napa.
Try and buy local and they won't let you.
