Taxis are unmarked cars, they never call to say they're there. the one dispatch lady is so crabby and rude. I always sit outside and wait and these guys constantly drive past me and not say a thing

i had a doctors appointment, and i called the taxi company as my car was getting repaired. was told the taxi would pick me up at 2:10. it picked me up at 4:00 and i missed my appointment.

Picked one star because I couldn’t get anything lower. Was told it would be a 20 min wait but in reality it was an hour and a half or more . I called back and was told it would be another 15 minutes . It took me two hours to get home where if I could walk it would have only took me 15 minutes. This is the worst cab company I’ve ever had to deal with. The only good thing are the 2 female dispatchers they have and a couple of drivers. They are always sending cabs out of town when they know they are going to be busy in town. Worst service ever

I went for christmas supper I am handicapped my son picked me up! and to find out later after christmas supper I called for a napanee cab I got connected to Kingston cabs They said there was no cab service in napanee he said
Nobody showed up for work today in napanee just ridiculous ..
Make sure you have a driver for New Year's Eve Because they will probably take that day off as well there lost for christmas tips

Called at 1pm and was given a 20 minute eta. It is now 1:50 and we have watched our driver park down the street and get out and shop, and plenty of other drivers take personal calls. Very unprofessional business they hire just about anyone they find. Useless cab service.

The first male dispatcher gave a wait time of 45 mins for our van request. I was surprised I wasn't asked for my name or number to confirm (I gave it voluntarily). We had to call twice while waitkng to check ETA, and were given updates it would be there in 15 mins. Overall, we waited 75 mins.

The second dispatcher Robin was fantastic and gave me a call 5 mins before the van was set to arrive, she was much more friendly and provided a higher level of communication. Our driver Rick was patient, kind and accommodating, thank you!
