The agents are always very professional yet personable, making you feel like no question is a silly one. They are always quick to respond and the service we have received has made the transition from our old provider an easy one.

Tried to get an insurance quote from them. They wanted a letter of explanation from a previous insurance company. I provided all the information 2 x I got six insurance quotes from different companies and these are the only ones that gave me a hard time.
I got nothing but runaround from them. This is the absolute worst dealing in my 55 years I’ve ever had with an insurance company.
I would highly recommend avoiding them at all cost

I highly recommend!! I’ve been a customer for 5 years already and not once have I had a problem about not getting through to someone. Sarah and Caitlin are always super helpful when I need to make a change. I had a total loss accident 6 months ago and everything went way smoother than I had imagined it would. My agent is constantly out of office when I need to reach them and my insurance has gone up with minimal explanation as to why. Was shopping around for new insurance before my policy renewed but now I'm stuck with them until I can pay the fee to leave.

I contacted Nate’s office to get my new ATV insured and they promptly got me a quote and I was very satisfied with the numbers. I went ahead with the insurance. Sarah also mentioned life insurance, having a newer home with a 4 year old son I said to myself, I am not covered! After getting a quote I was impressed with the amount of coverage that was included. People always say insurance is insurance but Nate’s office is a phone call away for any questions I may have. Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in the insurance industry. If i need anything, changes, questions or problems I can quickly e-mail or call Caitlin and she is able to answer my questions right away and James is fantastic with my investment needs.
