Agence très serviable et agréable. Ils nous ont sauvé la mise sur une journée en ayant des véhicules de disponibles dans l'heure même. Personnel très souriant et qui tente de s'adapter au client. En bref, très bonne expérience, je recommande.

Should have asked for her name! But she was great! Helpful courteous and friendly, after a day of dealing with customers, she still had a smile and was very polite!! That’s great customer service!!

Oh and I got a bright red 2025 Toyota Camry hybrid with only 1161kms on it, still has the new car smell!!

Horrible experience. Waited by the counter while I was forced to watch 2 employees work away together on the same computer without even so much as recognizing I was there.

When someone finally came by to check me in I was informed there were no cars avaliable and they would have one ready in about 10 minutes. Here I am 30 minutes later still waiting, no update on the car or anything else, still waiting on news and I've seen maybe 3 customers walk by the counter now all walking away with a car, no wait or anything.

Should I mention that I have their Emerald Club "Executive Elite" status. What is the point of acquiring this status when all it does is provide you with bottom of the barrel service.

Never returning here again, should've canceled and went to any other booth instead. Wasted over an hour for this poor excuse of customer service.

Worst service I have ever experienced. I reserved a car and provided my flight details. My flight was arriving at 12:55 am so I called national to ensure that I would be able to pick up my vehicle and that based on my flight time someone would ensure to be there for pickup. I arrived at 1:15am to find the place closed and no one through customer service would help. This resulted in 50$ uber charges one way to get to my location and not sure how I can get back to pick up the vehicle when they reopen. Extremely disappointed

Terrible experience at this location. They completely disregard National's executive line policies and operate in an outdated manner. The manager refused to let me choose a car from the line without charging a higher rate. When I showed him the policy, he apologized, saying he made a mistake. This branch needs an audit and customer service training. It felt like I was renting from a different company or even a different country, with only the logo being the same. Ultimately I decided for the first time to rent a car from another company…totally disappointed about this.

I need to express my utter disappointment with this location. Despite being an Executive Elite member, I attempted to upgrade twice, only to be consistently denied by the same girl at the front desk. It's unacceptable that despite my status, she refused to adhere to National's executive line policies and instead directed me to rent from Hertz for the upgrade I rightfully deserved. This branch's disregard for protocol and outdated service standards are appalling. It's evident that they urgently require an audit and comprehensive customer service training.
