The dispatcher was very professional and friendly, which was a breath of fresh air, during my stressful situation.
The young tow truck fellow that helped me get out of my tricky situation was friendly, approachable and had me up and running in no time.
I was very pleased on how he handled everything. Definitely will use this company again 😊!!!!

We (two older women) broke down about 45 km west of Prince George. BCAA sent Ron’s Towing with an estimated arrival time of a couple of hours. The truck arrived in about an hour instead. After he loaded up our van, we realized that one of us couldn’t get into the tow truck due to physical disability. Ron’s Towing persuaded BCAA that a request for a more accessible vehicle was valid, and another driver headed out to rescue us. The first driver stayed with us until the second arrived, and both stayed with us at the repair shop until they were sure we were looked after. Five enthusiastic stars to Ron’s Towing.

First of all the receptionists tone of voice was not friendly nor welcoming then I was lied to because the receptionist informed me that they weren't open on the weekend ( making the bill higher). Two experiences with this company and two very disappointing endings. I recommend Black Sheep Towing 100%

My husband called Rons this evening when his work truck broke down- the dispatcher was absolutely ignorant to him while he tried to figure out what to do in a difficult hot situation, most people who are calling you aren’t having a great day- a bit of compassion would go a long way.

I personally cut my bcaa because these guys are generally the service provider and don’t give a crap.
