Thirst guys were incredible. They provided necessary stops I needed and checked on me throughout the trip. Laughs were shared. It was like travelling with friends.
The trip was long, and they made it feel like a small trip. We drove from Kitchener Ontario to Kirkland Lake Ontario. Over 8 hrs trip.
I would definitely recommend this service.

I highly recommend New Canadian Medical Transfer! I'm severely disabled and was transferred from St. Mary’s Hospital to my home. I'm extremely fragile but they handled me with incredible care. They even used a gentle sheet transfer to move me safely into my bed.

Prince and his partner were absolutely excellent, professional, kind and very experienced. I felt completely safe the entire time.

Best guys on the ride Danielle and Rancis were great.making sure I was comfortable and warm asking regularly. Made some great conversations so as to know me and maybe what I needed a little better and just to have good communication with me. I would definitely recommend using them again and to anyone needing transport. Iv been using this company for about a year . Any of the phone calls made to book an appointment the people are always very kind and polite, they always make sure everything's right before bookings are submitted. The drivers and assistants are always on time , they drive well and are great people all around, alot of them are very sweet and kind ,some are bubbly, some are layed back but still all personable and all very professional and serious about their job, the clients safety and confortability . I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for this service.

We have used New Canadian Medical Transfer on several occasions this past year and a half. They are the only transfer company we will use because of their professionalism. We have used both wheelchair and stretcher transfers for my Mom. On January 30, Jhun and John transported Mom again for an emergency ophthalmologist appointment. They were the kindest and friendliest people making an anxious patient feel comfortable. Thank you too, to Dustin for arranging such quick assistance in a time of need. Also a very helpful and kind person, friendly and eager to help.

Miles and Daniel were both great today. I was very comfortable on a trip between Seaforth and Stratford. I also had the same trip with Kent and Abiola yesterday, and it was also great. I would recommend this service to others.

My grandma had to be transferred from ingersoll to woodstock hospital. My grandma can’t speak english and paulo speaks tagalog to help my grandma. It made it easier for grandma to able to understand. Paulo and Pavlo was very nice and helpful to my grandma.

NCMT was hired to transport my mom from Seaforth hospital to Stratford hospital for a procedure. The two patient attendants Christon and Ethan were an amazing support to my mom and I. They went above and beyond with kindness and concern. Even making sure mom had a warm blanket on the return trip. They waited for her to be finished and got us back safe to Seaforth Hospital. I can’t say enough about this company and the personal attention to detail they provide their passengers.
