We used Niagara Airbus last month which was booked by our travel agent in Scotland. First pick up from Pearson to our downtown hotel, we checked in at Pearson and the lovely lady knew my name before I told her, driver was friendly and helped with our luggage. 2nd pick up from downtown to Niagara Falls driver was friendly and gave us lots of information on the drive to our hotel. 3rd pick up from our hotel back to Pearson again lovely driver and very friendly. We confirmed times 24 hrs before pick up and their automated service was easy to use and they all arrived when specified. Have no complaints, great service and comfortable buses. ?

Shout out to Michael and the drivers of this company. Pick up times were perfect, drivers were professional and we were able to get to Pearson and back to Niagara 5 days later without any hassles! Great job team! Will definitely use you in the future as well as recommend ?

Should have read the reviews before booking. Plane was delayed and by the time we went through security and got our luggage the bus had left. We now have to wait an hour and a half for the next shuttle. When we talked to someone on the phone (Kim, whose name I've seen on other bad reviews, time for a new employee?) she was extremely rude and refused to take any accountability. Never again..

We used them twice during our recent visit to Toronto. We did the Niagara Falls Tour and it was superb with our guide Jim and driver Lisa. We also used them to get from our hotel to the airport and could not fault the experience.

The worst service ever. Our plane was delayed, and we are being told we have to wait 3 hours for a shuttle to drive us home. We were not told this when booking the shuttle. Unacceptable. The clerk was rude when I asked for a refund, as they were " honoring our ride". I asked to speak to the manager, and he was in meetings all day, but he'd try to call me. There is a complete lack of compassion or understanding of customer service. I had a hip replacement, my mobility is challenged, and now I have to sit 3 hours on a hard chair. No compassion at all. I will walk to and from Niagara to Pearson then ever use this company again. Updated, finally spoke to manager. Not only there is no refund due to extraneous circumstances, but told me the issue was solely because of the airline. I then began to inquire about upgrading to a private car after he initially mentioned it, then he gave excuses that they would have to get a driver and they might not be able to get one after all. Absolutely useless. Just one excuse after another.

We got a pre-booked package to Niagara from our central Toronto hotel. Had a little trouble accessing the details but that was me not the company and they responded promptly when emailed, despite it being Sunday. Our coach was expected between 8.15 and 9 and we were the final hotel pick up so closer to 9. The journey to Niagara took about 90 minutes. We were dropped in the coach stop and walked along the river, past the falls to the hotel where we had a large lunch. Plenty of opportunity for photos. There were options for those less able to walk to take some photos and then get the coach to the hotel. After the lunch we were escorted down to the ferry to the falls as a group and given a green sticker which allows you take the funicular tram back up after the ferry. Take care of this as you will get wet and it can slip off! After the trip to the falls our coach returned via a stop at a souvenir shop and to the very pretty town of Niagara by the Lake.

Our guide for the day was informative and organised, he constantly added tidbits of information during the journey and at the falls themselves. While it could have seemed that he was a touch officious it was needed to keep the trip as a whole on time and that we didn't miss out due to waiting for stragglers which is all too common on trips like these.

The falls themselves are stunning as is the power of the river which forms them. So much more than I had expected and the trip on the ferry to them very well organised, if a little cramped. You are all given red ponchos to wear but the the power of the falls means they only help. You will get wet, you may get soaking wet - but it is so worth the soaking! Absolutely fantastic experience and not to be missed.

In den vergangenen Tagen haben wir drei mal den Service genutzt, zweimal davon Flughafen Transfers von und nach Pearson International Airport und eine Tagestour zu den Niagara Falls. Alle Termine wurden pünktlich eingehalten, die Fahrer sind freundlich, kompetent und ortskundig. Wir sagen danke!

If you need to catch a flight or make an important meeting, don’t rely on this widly unreliable bunch.

They feel no obligation to honour their written agreements. Or, according to the agent at the Out-of-Town Transportation Desk at Pearson Airport who informed me my ride home would be more than an hour late, “It don’t matter what your paper says. Niagara Airbus don’t work that way.”

Passengers with other companies came and went, greeted by smiling drivers in smart uniforms.

I sat there alone, checking my phone for a message from Niagara Airbus that might inform me of the delay, explain, apologize.

But what is bad service without some bad attitude, too? The driver was choc full of it, and even scolded me when I dared ask about the reason for the delay.

Neither ride for that trip went according to schedule. The pickup time for my trip to the airport a week earlier was pushed ahead from 11 pm to 9:30 pm for a 6:15 am flight. The early delivery added to the hours spent in the cold, empty airport through the night.
