We recently used Niagara Airlink for transportation to and from the Buffalo airport to Niagara Falls. The experience was all around amazing. From the ease & responsiveness on booking to going above & beyond on both our pick up and drop off. Our driver Hina was friendly, welcoming & caring. She was waiting on us as soon as our plane landed with clear instructions on where to meet her. She even encouraged us and let us make two store stops to pick up needed items for our stay. We stayed in contact during our trip when needed & our return to the airport was flawless!

We flew out of Buffalo International Airport. We used Niagara Airlink to get us from the hotel to the airport. I cannot recommend this company enough. Ismail and Henna were extremely responsive and knowledgeable and kind. The booking process was easy, and they answered questions we had about Customs. Ismail drove us, and he arrived on time, got us through the border, and to the airport in a safe and timely manner. I would 100% use them again.

We recently returned home from Niagara Falls. Ismail tracked our flight and picked us up at the Buffalo airport and transported us to our hotel in Niagara Falls. We also used their services for taking us to meet our tour group. Hina picked us up from our hotel and took us to the Buffalo airport for our return trip. Both were knowledgeable, courteous and punctual. I highly recommend their services.

I highly recommend using Niagara Airlink! My family used them for transportation, to and from, the Buffalo airport to Niagara Falls on the Canada side. They were very communicative. They were on time and very helpful loading and unloading our luggage. They supplied a car seat for my 3yr old.

Henna was fabulous and provided a lot of very informative information for our travel. She even allowed us to contact her for any other information. We were very pleased with her service and would highly recommend the air shuttle. We used the shuttle service from Buffalo Airport to Niagra Falls and the return trip to the airport from our hotel. I would like to thank Hina from Niagara airlink For providing five star service picking me up from terminal three in Toronto a month ago. I had a last-minute request and she was able to accommodate me! I was so grateful for her fast and efficient service as well as having a female pick me up From the airport late at night.
