Niagara on the Lake Taxi - Niagara Falls, Ontario

A limo service sent me a text to cancel 14 minutes before pickup and the Pearson airport was 88 miles away. In desperation I called this Taxi service and explained my situation. A car was out within 15 minutes as promised. I didn’t get the name of the gentleman who drove us but he promised to get us to the airport on time and he did, including taking a detour to avoid an accident. He was pleasant and the car was clean. I did however get his car number. Thank you! Linda

We had a great experience with our taxi driver from NOTL to the falls, and back again. We had Jazz for both drives. He was very friendly and nice to chat to, and a smooth driver. He arrived on time and got us to our destination on time. He also gave us a recommendation for a specific wine tour to do, which we ended up squeezing into our trip and we are so glad we did as it was our favourite part of our trip! He let us know to call 10-15 mins before we were ready for pickup and gave us a company card to ensure we had the number again. After our dinner we gave the taxi service a call just to give them a heads up we were wandering Clifton hills for a bit, and then when we called when all done he showed up to pick us up exactly when he said he would. Back seat also had headed seats which was a nice treat. It was $60 flat fee from our hotel to the falls, and same to return, which the person on the phone let us know when we first called. It was a comparable price to other taxi services in the area and worth not having to find parking

Called in evening from hotel to reserve taxi for 6 AM to get me from NOTL to Niagara Falls. Was assured they could and would be here. At 6:15 called them and they weren't answering the phone. Had to organize another taxi making me 45 minutes late... Seemingly I am not the only person to whom this happened.

I was at the Niagara Regional Airport and called because I needed a ride to my hotel, just 3 miles away. They told me the driver would be there in 12 minutes, which he was.

I loaded my bags into the car and we were off. A minute into the ride, the driver said, "they told you on the phone what the price would be, right?" I told him that they had not. He said, "it's $40."

I told him, "what? It's a 3 mile drive!" He said, "yes, but I had to come here from Niagara Falls." I told him that it's not my problem where he had to come from, but he insisted that was the price - and I had no option as I was already in the car.

What a RIPOFF.

Booked a taxi to get from NOTL back to Niagara NY to catch an early train. Got confirmation by phone they had availability, and confirmed address and pick up time over email.

Waited 15 minutes past scheduled pickup, and called the number where I’d spoken to them the previous day twice with no answer. I had to wake up a family member to take the drive with me so they’d be able to take the rental car back.

Nearly missed my train. Cannot recommend this company at all, especially for important rides.

Dont use this company! We booked them for our wedding months in advance since its very difficult to get taxi or uber rides late at night and we didnt want ourselves or our guests to be stranded, we hired a car from Midnight to 3:00am the driver showed up for midnight and drove 2 guests a short distance and never returned, we had to scramble to find ubers for our guests and ended up getting stranded ourselves with our children until our bartender finally drove us home! We called the company many times that night with no answer and called several times in the following days and they didnt even have the courtesy to return our calls, what a disgraceful company!!!!

Great experience with our driver Jas. We used this service to get around to some wineries in the area. We were picked up in a very clean new minivan, on time. Jas was very professional and made us feel relaxed and welcome. He wouldn’t let us walk back to the vehicle at any of our stops and insisted on picking us up right at the door. Just note that in the contract there are taxes plus a 15% gratuity added on top of the quote. I didn’t mind the added gratuity since Jas was great!

I called Niagara on the Lake taxi to order a car for the following morning. When I enquired of "Paul" if they were familiar with Niagara on the Lake, I was assured they did. I specifically told "Paul" I needed a taxi to get to Niagara Falls Hospital for 8:00am; requested that the taxi be at my home for 7:00am. When the car did not arrive at 7:00am, I called their "468" number as well as another number listed on their website. Both numbers were answered by machine. I had asked during during the reservation phone call the night before if they wanted my phone number, should there be any problems. "Paul" told me he already had it from their call display. At 7:20, there was no taxi, no phone call and no "Paul". When I returned from the hospital later in the day, there was no indication on my phone that Niagara on the Lake, or anyone else, had called. So much for customer service.
