Excellent facility and Darrell & Mary are very friendly and professional. I am a newbie RVer and Darrell helped us to back in our trailer. It is a family owned business and they take security seriously. The lot is fenced and gated and requires a FOB for entry. We feel very reassured that our new trailer will be looked after during the winter.

They treat their customers like family, always there to assist to just about anything whenever it’s needed. Highly recommended, and their Rv storage is very safe and secured. Best is, it’s within city limits and very accessible.

We stored our RV with Darrell and Mary at No Prob-Llama for the last 4 years and have sold our trailer. Communication was always prompt with spring hours and summer information and the maintenance that was always being done to the RV lot, like drainage and gravel etc. We never had an issue and we felt safe storing as they are quite diligent about locking behind you etc. The FOB gate security was easy to use and the proximity to 41st Ave is great.

There facility is nice, locked gate and cheaper then a lot of places around Edmonton but there customer service is brutal. if you don't store your rv there all year around they do not value you as a customer. I have been storing my trailer there for 3 years on a month to month basic, mostly just for the winter months and they would like me now to pay for 4 months in advance which I can not afford to do, so they would rather me not even store my trailer there. I think I have been late 2 times and always paid my late fees. Im a single mother with not a lot of income and can afford to pay 42 a month but not 4 months in one sum. Ive never asked them to hold a spot for me, They have spots but would rater leave empty instead of have me on a month to month.

Excellent rv storage. Always accommodating. Many times, I have lost or forgotten the fob. Always willing to open the gate in those circumstances. Active security guard and even had the police on site to deal with certain situations. Excellent.

Worst trailer storage facility I have ever dealt with. They made a mistake and sent me emails stating my lot was paid up for four months. Then a few months later emailed me that they had made a mistake and insisted I pay in full all of the months would not let me in in the fall until I paid in full even though I did not have full payment just before frost even though all my pipes would break in my trailer and Darryl thought that was funny alberta is going though rough times don’t expect any lienency from these people whatsoever. Also if you want to go spring camping don’t count on it they lock the gates if it’s even a little bit muddy and will not let you grab your trailer to enjoy with your family. Very ignorant every time I have had the unfortunate time in talking to any of them. Completely brutal. Heritage valley or south Edmonton RV storage beats them hands down
