Reached out to get an online quote so we could think about it before selecting a company to move forward with. They have literally called me 2-5 times a day since then harassing me about setting up a call to move forward. Your desperate attempts for business and spam calling is a total turn off.

After seeing all the negative reviews about this company I decided against using them and now I get chronic calls several times a day even after blocking their number, they just use a different one to call from. This in my opinion is harassment.

This company also goes by Allied Movers no wonder its so hard to find any reviews.We had this company take our goods from Ontario to Atlantic Canada. Move went ok they were lacking helpers upon arrival but got it sorted issue i have is that this was well over the quoted amount so please beware of that when getting a quote and also some of our goods were damaged and when we put in a claim its was denied.I would not at all recommend this company for a move when you pay over 20k for a move and then your goods are damaged on arrival and its denied even after having insurance not a great business model for repeat business

I recently moved with them. I had a number of issues, but only put in a claim for a damaged print. The glass was broken and the frame was nicked up. I was told by the sales rep they would look after it. My claim was denied and I never heard another word from them.

Rent-a-Son(North American Van Line) packed our stuff on 27th of July and they said they took them to their storage. They promised to deliver by 4th of Aug. Today is 12th of Aug.
I have two toddlers who want to sleep in their beds, eat dinner on their favorite plates and play with their toys and take to their beds when they sleep at night. We have none for 3weeks and still don't know when we are going to get our stuff back. If you have kids at home can you imagine you have to go through the frustration like us as parents? This is beyond frustration I cannot even express in words. We reached out to Rent-a-Son and North American Van Lines several times but they didn't give any update just ask to wait. Seriously We just want our stuff back. Is this too much to ask? They only think about their profit and don't think about customer. their customer service is so poor they keep lying.
I DO NOT RECOMMENT THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I thought I would give honest feedback as some seem to be negative. Really great service and they contacted me before they came also. They kept within their time schedule. The delivery guys were lovely. Thank you for the safe delivery of our sofa.

We were quoted $1400 - $1500 + 200 overnight + tax for a move. At the end of the move the bill was 30% higher because the person who did the quote miscalculated the weight / amount and needed a second smaller truck. They are either incompetent or shady.... you pick.
