Terrible experience, and I wasn’t even the one paying for the services in the first place. Courier was given instructions not to deliver a package within a specific one hour period due to extenuating circumstances. Instead, driver ignored instructions and delivered during that hour, interrupting an important medical appointment. Driver also ignored the instructions that a separate package was to be picked up and returned to the sender.

When the driver was told the was not following instructions and the issues he caused, he began to explain and waste further time. Later, I received a call from the dispatcher telling me the driver complained. Driver said I slammed the door on him and declined the package to be delivered. I had to tell the dispatcher the driver did not follow the instructions, and because I was in the middle of a hallway, not in a door, or even holding a door open, no door was slammed in his face. Additionally, the first package was taken and the other package that had to be returned was given, which was also laid out in the instructions. The dispatcher threatened to tell the sender about how bad I was, when Novex was the one not following on the delivery instructions they were supposed to follow. Dispatcher was condescending and rude over the phone, refusing to acknowledge their mistakes, instead resorting to blaming the sender for the issues when the sender provided the correct information that the driver did not follow.

Novex drivers are dangerous, for more than one occasions I have seen Novex drivers going over speed limits and running red lights. I took picture last time. The car in front of Yaletown station not only ran red light, also was almost going to hit an elderly woman. The driver had beards.

Excellent Courier Company! We are so happy working with Novex.
We are having such a pleasant experience working with them! We have a volume of 5-10 deliveries per week and they can easily handle that, vehicles are in great shape, driver are very careful and friendly. Customer service is amazing, they are always fast to reply and make sure everything will done properly. System is easy to use and it can be customized to your needs. A big shout out to Lynn, Daniel, Cheryl, Angela. They are the folks that I am always in touch, however I am sure anyone there will provide you a excellent support! Highly recommended
