Nu Line Auto has completely raised the bar for vehicle service and repair in Meadow Lake. I’ve had the pleasure of working with both their body shop and service shop, and the experience has been nothing short of outstanding.

On the body shop side, Cheri has been absolutely instrumental in making the process of dealing with insurance, deductibles, and repairs as smooth and stress-free as possible. She always leads with a smile, communicates clearly, and takes the time to ensure you understand every step of the process. Cheri brings a wealth of knowledge to the table and, more importantly, she genuinely works to build relationships with her customers. Because of her, I’m a repeat customer, and I’ll continue to recommend Nu Line to anyone needing bodywork or collision repair.

On the service side, after years of fighting with the local Ford dealership over unresolved vehicle issues and overpriced “repairs,” we brought our vehicle to Brad. Within a short time, he identified the real problematic, something completely unrelated to what we had already spent thousands trying to fix elsewhere. Brad took the time to explain the issue clearly and offered a straightforward, honest quote. His knowledge and care showed that he’s not just here to make a quick buck, he’s here to support the people in this community with stellar, reliable service.

Took a project truck in to get its Sask passport and service was just excellent. Every one there was super nice and professional. Special mention to the super star mechanic that cut, adjusted, rewelded, and painted an ugly front brush bumper. Made it look more respectable. The truck now runs, drives, and feels great. Top quality work and very quick.

I personally would not reccomend going to nuline. I had such a hard time dealing with them and I personally felt that I was ripped off. They were able to take my car in on short notice which was convenient, the price I paid was outrageous. Go anywhere else, totally not worth taking your business there.

I feel so taken advantage of after dealing with this company. I came here with a power steering problem asking for help and right off the bat I was told it was a power steering rack. $1100 and week later i go to pick it up only to find out it still has the EXACT same problem with it. Went to eagle creek to see if they would help me and they told me to go to back to nuline first (since they dealt with me first) and if they cant figure it out to bring it back to them. So I take it back to Nuline he looks surprised its still has the same problem says leave it with him they'll figure it out. Then he tells me they cleaned everything and found out it was a hose which was unable to get fixed before the long weekend. I was really fed up because i felt this should have been done in the first place and, did they not take it for a test drive to make sure the problem was fixed? .its very frustrating since i dont know much about vehicles myself. I decided after this im never going to deal with Nuline ever again. So i pick up my vehicle he says theres no leaks... week later my water pump goes and it takes my fan belt right off thank god i was able to make it to my destination. I get my water pump fixed thanks to an uncle and make it back home. Then my power steering AGAIN same problem not fixed.. thanks to a mechanic that knows what hes doing fnally tells me that my power steering pump is shot. I've explained my situation to others and they've said sounds like they just changed all the leaking parts and some people just throw parts on if people dont know anything. I most definately experienced that here!! I felt the need to finally post my review because i dont want others to go threw the same experiance.. When it comes to auto service.
