I called a taxi and they said that they will pick us up in 10 minutes. Because no one came we called again after half an hour. Then they asked us again for our address and that it will take another 30 minutes to pick us up. Since the taxi company turned out to be too unreliable, we looked for another Option.

We were in Summerland for a wedding. Used Summerland Taxi all week. Daytime driver "Brian" was the best! Text him and he let me know he'd be right there. Kanwar the owner met us with 2 vehicles at 10:45pm after our shuttle dropped us off and delivered us home safe and sound. So impressed we used them to drive us to the Kelowna airport! Great service, treated us like gold!

Most unprofessional and unreliable service (Use URide APP!!) , DO NOT Ride with them , when you call for a taxi in advance, they will tell you someone will arrive at a certain time then once it reaches that time, they will tell you it’s delayed by 5-10 min. Then after 5-10 min later they will tell you once again it’s delayed for another hour then after a hour they will delay it by another 3 hours.
