Called multiple times to set up a ride. Was assured we had a cab coming to pick us up layering in the evening. When we leave to go find the cab, there is no on there and we call the company who tells us they never heard from us even after multiple calls. Left us stranded and scrambling. Would not recommend.

So glad the is a new cab company in Ingersoll. No more monopoly.
Olde Tyme you need to step up your customer service. Don't get angry at people just for calling. Everything is a hassle. No out of town service because the cars will probably break down.
We NEED service between Ingersoll and Woodstock.

Awesome cabbie! Thanks for getting us home safe last night . We had a few too many beverages and needed a ride to aylmer. Quick pick up time and a great fella. Hats off I would recommend to anyone.

Don't use these guys often as I normally drive.
Needed a ride home from Ingersoll hospital and the driver was extremely rude and unprofessional.
Showed up within minutes (great), wife told the driver "I'll go in and get my husband". Driver through his hands up and said "I can't wait I have another Fair". I was simply inside the doors. Once inside and moving I mentioned "not sure we have cash, hope we can pay another way" (we ended having cash) drivers response was "I'll just drop you off at the police station". Sure he was meaning as a joke. Not want I needed after the experience I had just endured. I'm more upset at the wife for tipping this guy! I want my $5 back, you didn't deserve it! Not even a "thank-you"

Called a cab for 4:40. No one showed up so I called back and they said they were coming as soon as possible. What is the point of time calls if you can’t make it

Up until 2 months ago, they were great. That was until my cab driver made me travel with a couple I'm assuming were their friends, dropping them off first without having to pay and then after dropping me off at the EMERGENCY ROOM. Absolutely disgusted because on my way home, sick and tired the same cab driver pivked me up and did the same thing. NEVER USING YOUR SERVICE AGAIN.

Absolute trash company.

Called for a lift from ingersoll to Zorra Fire hall on Dundas st in Thamesford so I could get my car... 12 minute drive!! Outright refused to take the fare forcing my wife to wake up our kids to come get me from Woodstock.
