I had never seen such an unprofessional and terrible company to work with in my entire life.
They obviously bully new employees and supervisors use them as scapegoat.
HR only backup the managers no matter what and even give you attitude if you bring up anything to their attention.

Worst company to work for, you have to bribe the supervisor in the customer service department so they keep you. I left there and found a better company and never looked backed!

My shared container, returned by the Canadian government for fumigation issues, turned into a nightmare with Omnitrans. Despite thinking I was protected by insurance, I learned that I'd only be refunded $100 for a container that's been sitting at the origin for over 4 months.

Omnitrans failed to inform me about import and re-export fees, putting the responsibility on the partner and shipper. Their refusal to take accountability and clarify insurance coverage raises serious concerns. It's baffling that after the Canadian government cited issues, Omnitrans hasn't expedited resolution or provided clarity on their insurance coverage.

The lack of transparency and accountability is disheartening. I expected better from Omnitrans and would caution others to reconsider their services.

If I could give zero stars I would. My experience so far with HAVING to use them is TERRIBLE. 4 times used to ship loads into Quebec 4 times late on picking up loads . Totally unacceptable. I've advised my Boss NOT TO USE THEM. Unreliable is all I've seen. R. Chard

For clerance, it takes 14 days. We pay so much charge for warehouse. To get payment, they act very fast with treat abusively!
