I was really surprised to read the other reviews, as my experience with On Your Mark moving was the COMPLETE opposite!! They moved me from Victoria to Edmonton, and it was the least stressful move I have ever had (and I have moved a LOT!) They were professional and friendly from front end planning, the move itself, through follow up after delivery. I would use them again in a heartbeat, and would also happily recommend them.

I recently decided to make the move from Calgary to Victoria, so I contacted a bunch of moving companies to get some quotes. On Your Mark gave me a quote that was significantly cheaper then the rest of them, which at first I was a little weary of, but ultimately I decided to go with OYM because they had an earlier move out date (by a couple of weeks).
Now that I'm all moved in back home in Victoria I could not be more pleased with the service I received from them. Tara the rep I was communicating with was fantastic! She was quick and efficient and I felt like she was a friend from long ago. The three people (two guys and a girl) who showed up in Calgary and the two guys who showed up in Victoria were also great. None of my things were damaged and everything showed up on time (despite them having to drive through some pretty bad weather).
They arrived when they said they would, they left when they said they would and I paid no more then the exact quote I was initially given.
If I ever move from city to city again I will most definitely use On Your Mark and you should too! I can't recommend this company enough!

We have used On Your Mark for 2 moves within the last 2 years and can't express how thrilled we were with their service!! Mark and his crew were simply amazing.....we have nothing but high praises for the entire team! Even if things got challenging ....everyone still had a smile! Where do I begin! Poor customer service, poor communication, poor business ethics, need I say more?! The initial conversation to commence a move from Vancouver to Calgary was pleasant and organized only due to the one competent admin girl(who has left). Due to my job, I hired On Your Mark to pack my belongings, move them to AB and then store them in their warehouse. It all appeared to be seamless until the request for removal and shipping to new address.

Upon notice of a residence, Mark the owner 1 week prior to the scheduled moved asked for an additional $550 + GST to pay his staff to remove my belongings from the rafters and into the truck then to my house. This was not something that was ever communicated nor in my contract and was in addition to my monthly warehouse rental fee (which is $315/mth). So to my surprise I did not want to pay, while also providing a referral for business from BC to AB. It should have been waived! Communication with this company is mind blowing as, emails, telephone calls, and queries are not expedited in a timing fashion.

After unpacking my belongings I noticed things missing, and an array of items broken, poorly stored and handled. Did I mention that there was insurance coverage that was included and On Your Mark until now, has not responded to my list of items broken and missing. I have very displeased with how this entire experience, and stressed with all this crazy nonsense of wanting more money for terrible customer experience!

Lastly, that referral I mentioned. Get this, a date and time was confirmed. They didn't show up, didn't advise that they were unable to travel due to weather not thinking that people took the day off to wait at home! Then the rescheduled for a few days later like 5, to which again they didn't show up and then called at 9PM to say that the furniture store they pick-up for over loaded them and again not able to complete the move- another day of work missed!
Finally, my friend decided to hire a different company and get their home moved w/in a weeks time; On Your Mark promised to have his assistant call and confirm the date and time (which never happened). As you can expect they never showed, and about 2 wks later my friend gets a call saying that they are running late and on route.

DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!!!
